Spider trap
A trap for spiders and other insects is provided. The trap is especially useful for catching brown recluse (Loxosceles reclusa) spiders, whose bites are extremely harmful. The trap need not utilize chemical attractants or other behavior-modifying environmentally harmful chemicals, or food bait or lights to attract the spiders. The internal volume of the trap can be shaped as a triangular prism with open triangular faces and openings in the front. At least a portion of the floor is coated with bug adhesive. The trap can be packaged as a kit including a flat sheet that can be folded a three-dimensional shape. The fronts can include spaced vertical struts. Methods and kits for making using the traps are also provided.
PEST CONTROL LIGHTING DEVICE
A pest control lighting device having a connector capable of electrically connecting to a common lightbulb socket or electrical outlet. The pest control lighting device includes one or more light sources in electrical connection with the connector. The pest control lighting device may include an inner module capable of holding one or more pest control materials, such as an insect repellent. The pest control lighting device may further include sound emitting components that may be capable of emitting an ultrasonic sound.
Object image recognition and instant active response with enhanced application and utility
A device for detecting offending features on individual granular objects or small objects. The device uses an image capturing system to scan batches of granular or small objects such as wheat, grain, rice, seeds, legumes or nuts to detect any undesirable feature such as disease, mold or spoilage. An action head on the device is configured to automatically respond once an undesirable feature is identified. The action head may capture the individual objects having undesirable features or it may cast them aside.

Modular Insect Barrier Device
A modular insect barrier device is disclosed within which forms a protective barrier over an insect-attracting adhesive in order to prevent by-catch. Various embodiments of the invention may be configured for preferred purposes, including but not limited to ease and economy of manufacture; a more complete barrier against insect encroachment; optional incorporation of a flexible wrap which yet further protects the tree while supporting the linked chain of the modular insect barrier device; and, to allow for user-customizable design by the exchange of one configuration of links for another or incorporation of adornments to the structure herein.

German cockroach glue trap
A German cockroach glue trap comprising a dark colored base having an overall height between 15 mm and 30 mm; multitude of equidistant openings around said base and said openings having a diameter between 3.5 mm and 4.5 mm. The centers of said openings having heights preferably between 7 mm and 9 mm. The openings are large enough for German cockroaches but not too large to let in too much light. Said glue trap also comprising a lid having a tapered bottom layer that fits tightly to said base when in the closed position.
