SPECIALIZED TRAP FOR GROUND TRUTHING AN INSECT RECOGNITION SYSTEM
Systems and methods can be provided to monitor insects (e.g., mosquitoes) in the field and gather data to ground truth one or more sensors or machine learning classification algorithms for classifying insects. A trap with various sensor capabilities can capture various insects and data pertaining to the captured insects. Some embodiments may enable offline identification of information by an entomologist or other individuals and use the identification information to ground-truth the one or more sensors. Using the trap with the various sensor capabilities increases the availability and diversity of training data for machine learning classification algorithms on the primary sensor.
ECDYSOZOANS TRAP
A device (1) for trapping ecdysozoans, in particular insects and arachnids such as bedbugs, cockroaches and spiders. In particular, the trap of the present invention includes a sticky substance (7) on the interior surface of the roof (3) and/or of the walls (5b). Also, methods to trap ecdysozoans.

BLOWING DEVICE
Provided is a blowing device that can provide improved convenience. In a blowing device 1 provided with a casing 2 that has openings as an air inflow port 20 and an air blow-off port 5 formed therethrough and includes a blower 10 therein, a cover member 3 that is demountably mounted to the casing 2 so as to cover the inflow port 20 and has a plurality of openings each formed therethrough as an air suction port 4, and an insect catching portion 50 that is arranged on an inner surface of the cover member 3 and catches insects, the insect catching portion 50 is formed by stacking, via a release agent, a plurality of insect catching sheets 51 each formed of a base material sheet 52 with an adhesive 53 applied on one surface thereof.
OBJECT IMAGE RECOGNITION AND INSTANT ACTIVE RESPONSE WITH ENHANCED APPLICATION AND UTILITY
A device for detecting and marking differences between two substrates, such as images or written text. The device has an image capturing device that is in communication with image recognition software. Images of a secondary images are analyzed and compared to a primary image to detect differences between the two. Once a difference is detected, the device automatically disperses a marking material in the proximity of the detected difference.
