A method for indirectly determining an extension length of a telescopic push arm of a telescopic jib relative to a further telescopic push arm or to a main arm of the telescopic jib of a hoist includes a first sensor ascertaining a first parameter of the telescopic push arm and/or telescopic jib. On the basis of the first parameter, a first virtual extension length is determined and/or calculated. The first sensor and/or at least one further sensor ascertains a further parameter of the telescopic push arm and/or telescopic jib. On the basis of the further parameter, a further virtual extension length is determined and/or calculated. The extension length of the telescopic push arm or the telescopic jib is determined and/or calculated by the first virtual extension length and the further virtual extension length.

The present invention relates to a single-cylinder plug pin type telescopic arm, a crane and a telescopic method thereof. The single-cylinder plug pin type telescopic arm includes a basic arm and at least one telescopic arm sleeved in the basic arm, wherein coaxial center holes are formed in the tails of the telescopic arms, and a telescopic oil cylinder is arranged in the center holes; the telescopic oil cylinder includes a cylinder rod and a cylinder barrel, at least two cylinder heads are fixedly sleeved on the outer side of the cylinder barrel in the longitudinal direction, and at least three arm pin holes are formed in each of the basic arm and the telescopic arms in the longitudinal direction. The single-cylinder plug pin type telescopic arm provided by the present invention adopts one telescopic oil cylinder and at least two cylinder heads, each cylinder head is adapted to lock and unlock the telescopic oil cylinder and any telescopic arm, the telescopic arms are extended out or retracted in a relay transmission manner to achieve the extension and retraction of the single-cylinder plug pin type telescopic arm, the length of the oil cylinder is shortened, the cylinder diameter and the rod diameter of the oil cylinder are decreased, the cost of the oil cylinder is lowered, the upperstructure weight is reduced, the lifting capacity is improved, and there are more crane design spaces.

ARRANGEMENT OF A CONTROLLER AND A MOBILE CONTROL MODULE
The invention relates to an arrangement of a control system arranged, or to be arranged, on a hydraulic lifting device, and of a mobile control module, via which the control system can be remote-controlled. The control system can be supplied with sensor data via signal inputs, and a processing unit of the control system is configured to calculate from said sensor data and from stored lifting device-specific data information, which is characteristic for the current lifting load situation and/or the allowability of work processes on the lifting device, optionally in the given current lifting load situation. The control system has a mode, in which the control system transmits the information that is characteristic for the current lifting load situation and/or the allowability of work processes on the lifting device, optionally in the given current lifting load situation, to the mobile control module, via a transmitting and receiving module, to a transmitting and receiving module of the mobile control module in a wireless and/or cable-bound manner. From said information, a processing unit of the mobile control module calculates graphic data for a display, which can be displayed for a user via a display unit.

The telescopic lift arm (1) for self-propelled operating machines (10), such a lifters, telehandlers and the like, comprises three tubular elements (21, 22, 23, 24, 25, 26), having a decreasing section and telescopically connected to one another to define a support structure which is able to move between a retracted configuration in which the tubular elements (21, 22, 23, 24, 25, 26) are inserted in one another, and an elongate configuration, in which two tubular elements are extracted. The arm (1) comprises a hydraulic actuator (4), associated to the support structure (21, 22, 23, 24, 25, 26) and provided with three hydraulic elements (41, 42, 43) telescopically connected to one another, each of which is connected to a respective tubular element of the support structure.

In the event of a malfunction, the first adjusting cylinder moves to the bolted operating state and the second adjusting cylinder moves to the released operating state.

A personal safety system for lifting material or supporting person therefrom includes a base and a mast rotatably coupled to the base. The mast has a plurality of mast sections that telescope relative to each other along an axis such that the mast is movable into and between a lowered configuration and an extended configuration. A jib is coupled to the mast and a cable is coupled to the jib such that a cable is configured to couple to the material or the person such that the system is capable of lifting the material or supporting the person.
