Crane control
A crane control for a crane includes at least one operating unit operable by an operator for controlling working functions of the crane. Control signals can be input to actuators of the crane by the operating unit, and a mounting arrangement is provided for mounting the operating unit in a driving cab of the vehicle and a support arrangement connects the operating unit to the mounting arrangement. The support arrangement for the operating unit is supported limitedly moveably between at least two positions, a first position of which is in the form of a working position in which the operating unit is between a steering arrangement of the vehicle and a driving seat, and a second position of which is in the form of a storage position in which the operating unit is moved away from the steering arrangement of the vehicle.
LIFTING CHART FOR TOW VEHICLE
An aid system for a wrecker adapted to perform a lifting operation of an object having a weight, the wrecker comprising an extendable boom wherein the extendable boom is adapted to perform the lifting operation through which the wrecker either hauls or lifts the object. The aid system comprises: sensors mounted to the wrecker adapted to collect intrinsic information associated with the wrecker and extrinsic information on the interaction of the wrecker with the operating environment or on the environment in which the lifting operation is performed; a processing unit adapted to collect and process data collected from the sensors to generate dynamic load chart data; and a display for displaying a graphical representation based on the dynamic load chart data, comprising a depiction of the wrecker and of a limit of an operating condition of the wrecker.
WORK MACHINE SWIVELING FRAME AND ASSEMBLY METHOD FOR WORK MACHINE SWIVELING FRAME
A slewing frame of a work machine and a method of assembling a slewing frame of a work machine where the slewing frame is separable into at least two front and rear members, and an operation of connecting these two members can be easily performed. A slewing frame is separable into a front frame and a rear frame. When a pin fitting portion of a rear frame is fitted on a positioning pin of a front frame, and the rear frame is rotated downward, at a position where a front pin hole and a rear pin hole are aligned with each other, a contact portion of the rear connecting portion is brought into contact with a rotation preventing portion. As a result, a connecting pin can be easily inserted into the front pin hole and the rear pin hole.
Crane
There is provided a crane including: a telescopic boom having an inner boom element and an outer boom element; a telescoping actuator that displaces the inner boom element or the outer boom element in the telescoping direction; a first coupling member that releasably couples the telescoping actuator to one of the boom elements; a second coupling member that releasably couples the pair of boom elements to each other; an electric drive source provided at the telescoping actuator; a first coupling mechanism that displaces the first coupling member or the second coupling member on the basis of motive power of the electric drive source, thereby switching a coupled state and a non-coupled state of the members that are releasably coupled by one of the coupling members; and a position information detection device that detects information relating to the position of one of the coupling members on the basis of output from the electric drive source.
Support for the rear anchoring line of a telescopic crane
A vehicle crane, such as a mobile crane, includes a main jib and a main jib extension that is mounted thereon and can be luffed by at least one luffing cable. The vehicle crane includes at least one anchoring support that is arranged on the main jib and guides the luffing cable in order to anchor the main jib to provided improved load-bearing capacity.
Crane with anti-tipping control system
A crane for lifting and transporting loads includes a base frame to transfer loads onto a support surface by a plurality of contacts in contact with the surface. An arm for lifting loads is rotatable relative to the base frame around a vertical axis. The angular range of the arm around the vertical axis includes angular fields, and load sensors. Each load sensor is associated with a respective contact to detect the force on the support surface. A control system obtains, from the load sensors, the value of the force, and detects the angular field where the arm is located. The control system determines a danger condition based on the values detected by the load sensors, according to different criteria in at least two different angular fields. The control system carries out predetermined functions of the crane, if the danger condition is reached.
CONTROL SYSTEM AND WORK MACHINE
The present invention pertains to a control system incorporated in a work machine having an arm section including a boom that is freely raised and lowered, the control system including: an image-capturing unit that is provided at a distal end of the arm section and captures an image of an area below; a display unit that displays an image captured by the image-capturing unit; and a control unit that causes the display unit to display position-related information regarding a position directly below the distal end of the arm section so as to be superimposed on the image.
HYDRAULIC ACTUATOR FOR A LOCKING DEVICE OF A TELESCOPIC BOOM, LOCKING DEVICE, TELESCOPIC BOOM, MOBILE CRANE, AND METHOD FOR ADJUSTING A TELESCOPIC BOOM
A hydraulic actuator for a mobile crane, in particular for a locking device of a telescoping device. The hydraulic actuator has a double chamber cylinder with a first cylinder chamber and a second cylinder chamber oriented in an opposite direction to the first cylinder chamber, a first piston rod for the first cylinder chamber, and a second piston rod for the second cylinder chamber. A first restoring spring restores the first piston rod to its main position and a second restoring spring restores the second piston rod to its main position. The main position of the first piston rod is its pushed-in position and the main position of the second piston rod is its extended position.
LOCKING DEVICE FOR A TELESCOPIC BOOM, TELESCOPIC BOOM, AND MOBILE CRANE
A locking device for a telescopic boom, in particular of a mobile crane, has an actuator for generating an actuating force, a driver that is reversibly coupled, during a telescoping movement of the telescopic boom, to a locking bolt, which is secured at a boom extension segment of the telescopic boom, and to be moved under the action of the actuating force for adjusting the locking bolt between at least one locking position and a release position. A driver bolt can be moved reversibly by the actuating force between a carry-along position gripping an inner boom extension segment and an empty running position not gripping a boom extension segment. A slotted actuating link is configured for a joint movement of the locking bolt and the driver bolt. A movement plane of the slotted actuating link is oriented perpendicularly to the telescoping direction of the telescopic boom.
IMAGE SYSTEM AND WORK VEHICLE PROVIDED WITH IMAGE SYSTEM
