TOUCHLESS AND DATA MANAGEMENT DRINK DISPENSING DEVICE

A drink dispensing device including one or more processors, a drink dispensing item located above a drink container positioning area, and a first sensor to determine when a drink container is located in the drink container positioning area, where the one or more processors initiate a drink container filling operation based on a first signal from the first sensor that the drink container is located in the drink container positioning area.

METHODS AND APPARATUS FOR POST-MIX DRINK DISPENSING

A post-mix drink dispenser includes a mixer body securable to a drink dispensing system and having at least one beverage concentrate inlet and outlet sheltered within a downwardly open cavity in the bottom thereof; a diluent channel formed exterior to the cavity and about a lower sidewall of the mixer body; and a nozzle housing securable in place about the mixer body. The dispenser includes an air channel formed in a wall portion of the nozzle housing, a diffuser to organize flows of diluent along the interior surface of the nozzle housing, or both a vent and a diffuser. The air channel includes provisions to impede ingress of diluent, and to contain flow through the channel of liquid beverage components. The diffuser may be formed unitary with the nozzle housing, or may be selectively removable from the drink dispenser.

Dispenser control architecture

A control architecture for use with beverage product dispensers is provided. Instructions may be received at an interface module for performing one or more requested dispenser operations. The interface module may send the instructions to a dispense module. The dispense module may translate the instructions to predetermined commands associated with a dispenser. The one or more requested dispenser operations may then be performed based on the predetermined commands from the translated instructions.

Resistance measuring sold out sensor for a beverage dispenser

A beverage dispenser and process of dispensing beverages from a beverage dispenser may include causing an ingredient in the form of a fluid to be drawn from a storage container through a conduit. An electrical conductivity of the fluid ingredient may be sensed within the conduit. A determination as to whether the electrical conductivity of the fluid ingredient crosses a threshold level may be made, and if so, the beverage dispenser may be disabled from dispensing beverages containing the fluid ingredient, otherwise, the beverage dispenser may be enabled to dispense beverages containing the fluid ingredient.

Beverage dispensing system

The present application describes a product dispenser. The product dispenser may include at least one macro-ingredient source, at least one micro-ingredient source positioned about the dispenser, a diluent source, a dispensing valve, a number of pumps or metering devices, and a user interface. The user interface receives a request for a product type and instructs the pumps or metering devices to dispense a predetermined type and ratio of macro-ingredients, micro-ingredients, and diluent to the dispensing valve for a predetermined flow rate.

BEVERAGE DISPENSING MACHINES WITH DISPENSING VALVES

A beverage dispensing machine includes a dispensing valve having a first flow path configured to dispense a first fluid and a second flow path configured to dispense a second fluid such that the first fluid and the second fluid mix downstream and form a mixed beverage. A flow control device regulates flow rate of the first fluid through the first flow path, and a shutoff valve selectively closes to stop flow of the first fluid through the first flow path. A sensor is configured to sense the flow rate of the first fluid, and a controller automatically controls the flow control device to adjust the flow rate of the first fluid and thereby obtain a desired fluid ratio of the mixed beverage.

ALCOHOLIC BEVERAGE DISPENSERS WITH FLOW CONTROLS

A beverage dispenser includes a gas infusion device configured to infuse a gas into a base liquid to form a gas-infused liquid, a mixing chamber configured to mix the gas-infused liquid and a concentrate to thereby form a reconstituted beverage, a first flow control configured to decrease pressure of the gas-infused liquid prior to mixing with the concentrate, and a second flow control configured to decrease pressure of the concentrate prior to mixing with the gas-infused liquid. A restrictor device downstream from the mixing chamber and configured to apply backpressure on the concentrate and the gas-infused liquid, and a dispensing valve is configured to dispense the reconstituted beverage.

The present invention discloses a system and method for sequentially toggling a peristaltic pump disposed within a thermal cubicle for order-specific mixing of ingredients in a intermediary reservoir based on a recipe flow logic, the method comprising the steps of: receiving data input from a user via the user interface; based on the received input data, controlling at least one thermoelectric element disposed within an outer shell and inner conductive lining of at least one thermal cubicle to heat or cool said thermal cubicle; and based on the received input data, sequentially pumping a heated or cooled ingredient into the at least one tubular piping in fluid communication with any one of, or combination of, an intermediary reservoir for order-sensitive mixing of at least one other ingredient and, or directly to the pour outlet for dispensing.

Diluent manifold for beverage dispensers

A beverage dispenser has a diluent manifold that dispensing a first diluent, a second diluent, or a mixed diluent to a beverage dispensing valve that receives and dispense the first diluent, the second diluent, or the mixed diluent with a concentrate from a concentrate source. The diluent manifold has a first inlet configured to receive the first diluent, a second inlet configured to receive the second diluent and an outlet that dispenses the first diluent, the second diluent, or a mixed diluent comprising the first diluent and the second diluent. A flow control spool is included that selectively permits the first diluent, the second diluent, or both the first diluent and the second diluent to convey through the diluent manifold such that the first diluent, the second diluent, or the mixed diluent dispenses from the outlet.
