BEER DISPENSER
A beer dispenser having a nozzle for positioning above a container and dispensing beer into the container. The dispenser includes at least one imaging device for generating at least one image of the dispensed beer, and a processor. The processor determines a measured foam height and a liquid upper surface from the at least one image of the dispensed beer, and adjusts a distance between the nozzle and the liquid upper surface as the beer is dispensed to control the measured foam height.
METHOD FOR DRAWING A CARBONATED DRINK, DISPENSER SYSTEM FOR CARBONATED DRINKS AND CARTRIDGE UNIT FOR SAME
A device is disclosed, for cooling a liquid, especially a beverage, comprising a cold accumulator and a thermal line, the cold accumulator and the liquid to be cooled being thermally connected by means of the thermal line, and the cold accumulator comprising a phase change material, the device also comprising means for dissipating heat from at least the thermal line, and the cold accumulator comprising a carrier material into which the phase change material is integrated.
FOAM AND LIQUID FILL LEVEL DETECTION SYSTEM
A foam and liquid fill level detection system includes a first signal emitter operable to emit a signal at a first wavelength towards a dispensing area, a second signal emitter operable to emit a signal at a second wavelength towards the dispensing area, and one or more signal receivers operable to detect the signal at the first wavelength and the signal at the second wavelength from the dispensing area. The first wavelength is selected such the signal at the first wavelength reflects from liquid, and the second wavelength is selected such the signal at the second wavelength reflects from foam.
Beverage dispensers with dual flow dispensing valves
A beverage dispensing valve includes a manifold that receives and dispense a first liquid and a second liquid. The manifold has a first flow channel through which the first liquid is conveyed and a second flow channel through which the second liquid is conveyed. A first shutoff assembly has a valve seal on a leg disposed in the first flow channel and a second shutoff assembly has a valve seal on a leg disposed in the second flow channel. A handle assembly is coupled to the first shutoff assembly and the second shutoff assembly and movement of the handle assembly simultaneously moves the leg of the first shutoff assembly and the leg of the second shutoff assembly into an open position such that the first liquid flows through the first flow channel, the second liquid flows through the second flow channel, and the first liquid and second liquid mix downstream to form a mixed beverage.
A METHOD AND SYSTEM FOR DISPENSING CARBONATED BEVERAGES AT INCREASED SPEED
A system for dispensing beverages into a receptacle controls both the dispense flow rate of a carbonated beverage and also uses bottom filling of the receptacle to limit entrainment and bubble formation during the dispense process. More particularly, the present application provides for using two separate flow paths for dispensing beverage with a first path employed initially for a low flow rate and a second path employed thereafter to fill the receptacle.
BEVERAGE DISCHARGE COCK, VALVE ROD, AND BEVERAGE DISPENSER
A beverage discharge cock to which beverage is supplied from a beverage supply source, comprising: a valve main body including a hole and a valve seat arranged in an end portion of the hole; a valve rod slidably arranged in the hole, and including a valve body that forms a first valve together with the valve seat of the valve main body, and a first seal; and a movable part slidably arranged in the hole, and including a second seal facing the first seal, the second seal forming a second valve together with the first seal of the valve rod, wherein the valve rod includes a first channel extending through the valve body, and one or a plurality of second channels extending from the first seal to the first channel, and the second channel includes a first portion, and a second portion arranged between the first seal and the first portion, and a diameter of the second portion is smaller than a diameter of the first portion.
WIRELESS BEVERAGE DISPENSING MONITOR
The disclosed beverage dispensing monitors, systems, and methods help to track, monitor, and analyze data about beverage pours dispensed from one or more beverage dispensers. For example, a beverage dispensing system can have monitors attached to one or more of its beverage dispensing taps so that when a beverage is dispensed at one of the monitored taps, the beverage poured is tracked and analyzed for many reasons like tracking inventory levels for supply and loss purposes and user training and accountability. Various data integrity analyses can be performed and reports can be generated based on the analyzed data included data integrity reports and variance reports. The disclosed systems and methods can interface with a point-of-sale system to reconcile data of inventory and sales transactions.

Fluid pressurization and dispensing system
A fluid pressurization and dispensing system, including a coupler releasably attached to a vessel via an attachment means for securing a vacuum seal between the coupler and the vessel for maintaining pressure within the vessel, refreshing the gas composition within the vessel, and dispensing of a fluid contents externally from within the vessel without disturbing the vacuum seal. The coupler has a rigid single body unit having a tap head, a shank, and a cap which are contiguous thereof the coupler including a plurality of channels each integrally machined within an interior portion of the coupler. The system regulates a flow of gas from a pressurized gas cartridge via a gas pressure regulator, enables venting excess gas via a gas pressure relief valve, enables measurement of gas pressure within the vessel via a gas pressure gauge. Another embodiment of the system includes a coupler including a bi-level tap head.
