WIRELESS BEVERAGE DISPENSING MONITOR
The disclosed beverage dispensing monitors, systems, and methods help to track, monitor, and analyze data about beverage pours dispensed from one or more beverage dispensers. For example, a beverage dispensing system can have monitors attached to one or more of its beverage dispensing taps so that when a beverage is dispensed at one of the monitored taps, the beverage poured is tracked and analyzed for many reasons like tracking inventory levels for supply and loss purposes and user training and accountability. Various data integrity analyses can be performed and reports can be generated based on the analyzed data included data integrity reports and variance reports. The disclosed systems and methods can interface with a point-of-sale system to reconcile data of inventory and sales transactions.
BEVERAGE DISPENSING ASSEMBLY AND TAP
Dispensing assembly comprising a container, containing a pressurized beverage, connected to or provided with a dispense assembly, wherein the dispense assembly comprises an outlet channel closable by a valve body and a chamber between the container and the valve body, which chamber is at least partly closed by a movable and/or deformable wall part connected to the valve body or a valve seat, such that pressurized beverage from the container filling the chamber forces the wall part, into a position biasing the valve body or the valve seat in a position closing the outlet channel and by pushing the wall part the valve body or the valve seat can be forced into a position opening the outlet channel, wherein preferably at least during use there is an open connection between said chamber and a beverage compartment of the container.
Beverage Dispensing System
A beer dispensing faucet is configured to be attached to a shank connector. The shank connector has a connecting member and an internal passageway having an outlet opening positioned within the connecting member. The dispensing faucet has a housing defining a central conduit having an inlet opening and an outlet opening. The housing defines a valve seat in the central conduit and further has an aperture in communication with the central conduit. The inlet opening is dimensioned to correspond in size to the outlet opening of the internal passageway and further configured to be positioned in confronting relation to the outlet opening of the internal passageway. The housing has a connecting member configured to cooperate and connect to the connecting member of the shank connector. A valve stem is positioned in the aperture. The valve stem has a first position wherein the valve stem is engaged with valve seat to define a closed faucet position. The valve stem has a second position away from the valve seat to define an open faucet position.
System and method for dispensing a beverage
A system and method for dispensing a beverage. The system includes a beverage cartridge that stores any liquid and has a spout for dispensing the stored liquid. The beverage cartridge may be inserted into a beverage press that includes a housing for receiving the beverage cartridge. The beverage press also includes a tap that engages the spout of the beverage cartridge, and a lifting assembly that exerts force on the beverage cartridge. Pressing the tap activates the spout of the beverage cartridge to dispense the stored liquid through the spout and out of the tap of the beverage press, a system for dispensing a beverage.
VALVE ASSEMBLIES AND MANUALLY OPERABLE HANDLE ASSEMBLIES FOR BEVERAGE DISPENSING MACHINES
A beverage dispensing machine includes a valve body configured to receive a first fluid and a second fluid and dispense the first fluid through a first orifice and the second fluid through a second orifice. A first valve seal is movable to open and close the first orifice, and a second valve seal is movable to open and close the second orifice. An arm is pivotally coupled to the valve body, and pivoting of the arm relative to the valve body moves the first valve seal and the second valve seal and thereby opens the first orifice and the second orifice. The machine also includes a solenoid valve configured to pivot the arm, and a handle with a leg that is pivotable into and between a rest position in which the valve seals are closed and an active position in which the valve seals are open. As the handle moves from the rest position to the active position, the leg acts on the solenoid valve such that the arm pivots and the valve seals open.

Beverage dispensing assembly and tap
Dispensing assembly (10) comprising a container (1), containing a pressurized beverage, connected to or provided with a dispense assembly, wherein the dispense assembly comprises an outlet channel (12) closable by a valve body (16) and a chamber (14) between the container (1) and the valve body (16), which chamber (14) is at least partly closed by a movable and/or deformable wall part (28) connected to the valve body (16) or a valve seat, such that pressurized beverage from the container filling the chamber forces the wall part (28), into a position biasing the valve body (16) or the valve seat in a position closing the outlet channel (12) and by pushing the wall part the valve body (16) or the valve seat can be forced into a position opening the outlet channel (12), wherein preferably at least during use there is an open connection between said chamber (14) and a beverage compartment of the container (1).
Compact beverage dispensing unit
A beverage dispensing device including a base having a support plate is disclosed. The device has a peripheral wall jutting out of the bottom of the support plate and extending along the perimeter of the support plate defining with the bottom surface an inner volume of the base. A source of pressurized gas is lodged in the inner volume of the base, with a device for connecting the source of pressurized gas to the interior of a beverage container outside the inner volume of the base. An elongated tapping column extends normal to the top surface of the base, having an elongated inner channel bringing in fluid communication the inner volume with a tapping valve head located at the opposite top, outlet end of the tapping column. The height of the peripheral wall allows the beverage dispensing device to dispense beverages when standing on the top surface of a counter.
Dispensing assembly and container with tap
Dispensing assembly (10) for beverage from a container (1), comprising an outlet channel (8) for beverage and a valve body (16) operable to open and close said outlet channel (8), wherein the channel defines a direction of flow of the beverage towards an outlet end (13), and wherein the valve body (16) is provided at or near the outlet end (13) of the outlet channel (8) and has a shape with a base (21) facing in a direction against the direction of flow and a tip (22) with an end facing in the direction of flow, wherein the tip, between the base and the end, has an outwardly curved outer surface (24), such that beverage engaging the base (21) can be guided from the base over the outer surface (24) to the end forming a beverage jet when leaving the surface at or near said end.
Keg cover
A keg cover removably joins to a top rim of a keg and covers the bung and the entirety of the top surface of the keg. When installed, the keg cover protects the top surface of the keg from contamination, and provides a stable stacking surface so that a second keg may be safely stacked on top of the keg to which the keg cover is joined. The keg cover further creates one or more storage spaces between the top surface of the keg and the keg cover to hold tap handles and other desired items.
