The handle attachment attaches the tap handle to existing beer tower opposite of the transparent body so that the existing beer tower can be operated through the tap handle. The transparent body is illuminated by the LED light that is communicably coupled to the handle chipset along with the personal-area network module. A transmitter coupling device of the wireless power unit communicably coupled with the receiver coupling device so that the handle chipset, the LED light, and the personal-area network module can be electrically powered as the transmitter coupling device is electrically connected to an external electrical outlet.

Beverage dispensing unit with openable pinch valve

A dispensing unit for dispensing a beverage from a pressurized container having a tapping column fixed to and extending normal to the top surface of a top plate with an opening and forming an elbow is disclosed. The column has an elongated inner channel bringing in fluid communication the support plate with a tapping pinch valve located in a tapping head at the elbow. The tapping pinch valve has jaws for receiving in pinching relationship the outlet end of the dispensing line and controlling flow of liquid by varying the distance between the jaws from a closed to an open position. A flexible dispensing line, having inlet and outlet ends, extends in the channel. The outlet end engages the pinch valve, and the inlet end connects to a keg. A device for opening the channel includes the pinch valve so a distance larger than the open position separates the jaws.

Translating Treatment Cartridge, Fluid Dispensing System, and Method of Using
20170016665 · 2017-01-19 ·

A dispensing system having a treatment cartridge utilizing linear translation of the treatment cartridge within the manifold to actuate a valve to dispense a fluid. To dispense the fluid, a person pushes their glass or other container against a dispensing lever that translates the treatment cartridge within the manifold causing a cam surface on the filter's circumferential exterior to actuate a valve sending the fluid from the valve though the treatment cartridge and out a dispensing orifice in the treatment cartridge into the glass.

System and Method for Dispensing a Beverage

A system and method for dispensing a beverage. The system includes a beverage cartridge that stores any liquid and has a spout for dispensing the stored liquid. The beverage cartridge may be inserted into a beverage press that includes a housing for receiving the beverage cartridge. The beverage press also includes a tap that engages the spout of the beverage cartridge, and a lifting assembly that exerts force on the beverage cartridge. Pressing the tap activates the spout of the beverage cartridge to dispense the stored liquid through the spout and out of the tap of the beverage press, a system for dispensing a beverage.

BEVERAGE DISPENSER HAVING INTEGRATED PRESSURE GAUGE

A portable beverage dispenser with a variable pressure regulator cap assembly that includes a high pressure cavity defined by a cap body. The high pressure cavity receives pressurized gas from a compressed gas reservoir. A low pressure cavity is connected to the high pressure cavity via a high pressure gas passageway. The low pressure cavity defines a low pressure gas passageway that penetrates the cap body. A gauge, such as a pressure and/or temperature gauge provides feedback about characteristics of the beverage contained within the dispenser.
