CRANK ASSEMBLY FOR A LUBRICANT DISTRIBUTION SYSTEM
A lubricant distribution system for supplying lubricant. The system includes a reservoir for lubricant and a pump assembly for pumping the lubricant. The pump assembly includes a crank case having a crank assembly that is insertable into and removable from a housing of the crank case without disassembly of the crank assembly, to provide ease of assembly and disassembly of the crank case. The system also includes a shut-off valve stopping the refilling of the reservoir with lubricant. The shut-off valve includes a blocker for preventing the flow of lubricant to the reservoir and an actuation surface for positioning the blocker to prevent the flow of lubricant. For overfill protection, the actuation surface is movable relative to the blocker. The system also includes a mount with a one-way valve mounted thereto. The one-way valve is removable from the mount for easy replacement or cleaning of the one-way valve.
Conveying device
A conveying device for conveying liquids, comprising at least one container (9) in which the liquid is located and which is located on a pallet (1), and at least one pump (7) for conveying the liquid, wherein said pallet (1) can be introduced into said conveying device and the at least one pump (7) is connected to a follower plate (8) and height of said follower plate (8) can be adjusted, the follower plate (8) lying on the liquid surface and closing sealingly with the container (9).
FOLLOWER PLATE
A follower plate is configured for closing off a container for viscous material, which container is open toward the top, has a container bottom and a container wall that extends upward from the container bottom, which plate can be moved in the direction toward the container bottom, lying against an inner surface of the container wall, which surface faces the container interior, and which plate has a plate body in which a material outlet is arranged for conveying the viscous material out of the container, and at least one ventilation opening is arranged for conducting air out of the container. A valve seat of a ventilation valve, firmly connected to the plate body, is arranged in each ventilation opening.
