The aerator includes an elongate body having a central bore that extends between proximal and distal ends of the body, and a plurality of channels formed in an outer surface of the body, the plurality of channels extending between the proximal and distal ends, and including at least two bends along their lengths. The bends in the channels help to provide a smoother flow of liquids passing through the aerator.
MICROBUBBLE GENERATION CONTAINER AND WATER DISCHARGING DEVICE
The present disclosure provides a microbubble generation container and a water discharging device. The container includes a barrel main body, an excitation member and an elastic member. The barrel main body is provided with a water inlet, a water outlet and a connecting port. The excitation member is movably arranged in the barrel main body, and includes a partition plate and a sealing portion. The partition plate divides an inner space of the barrel main body into a first chamber and a second chamber, and a water passage for communicating the first chamber with the second chamber is arranged on the partition plate. The water passage enables water flowing by to form water droplets and be ejected. The sealing portion opens and closes the connecting port with a motion of the excitation member.
Alcohol Aging Assembly
An alcohol aging assembly for rapidly aging distilled spirits includes an aging container for containing alcohol. A cylinder comprised of copper is provided which can be submerged in alcohol without imparting an unpleasant flavor to the alcohol. A plurality of dowels is each of the dowels is disposed within the cylinder and each of the dowels is comprised of oak to facilitate a chemical process to enhance the flavor and color of the alcohol. A light emitter is disposed inside of the cylinder to emit light into the alcohol when the cylinder is submerged into the alcohol. The light emitter emits light in the ultra-violet spectrum to increase the rate of chemical reaction between the alcohol and the dowels thereby speeding up the process of aging the alcohol.
Heat Exchanger System with Flexible Bag
A bag assembly for use with a heat exchanger includes a flexible bag having of one or more sheets of polymeric material, the bag having a first end that bounds a first compartment and an opposing second end that bounds a second compartment, a support structure being disposed between the first compartment and the second compartment so that the first compartment is separated and isolated from the second compartment. A first inlet port, a first outlet port, and a first drain port are coupled with the flexible bag so as to communicate with the first compartment. A second inlet port, a second outlet port, and a second drain port are coupled with the flexible bag so as to communicate with the second compartment.
Apparatus for treating fluids having improved aeration efficiency and operational durability
An apparatus for treating fluids having improved aeration efficiency and operational durability has an aerator, an impeller, and a liquid reservoir containing liquid to be treated. The aerator has: a motor rotating the impeller at a blade tip speed less than 1,100 inches/second; an air line having an outlet submerged in the liquid and an inlet adjacent to the motor; and a blower. The blower forces air through the air line to the air line outlet. The impeller two blades extending radially from the hub. Each blade has: a low drag, pressure equalized foil shape absent of rake; a leading edge extending from the hub tangentially; a 0.47-0.55 impeller EAR; 0.59-0.87 Pmean/D; progressive pitch distribution based on radius where from 50% R and out is constant and from 50% R to the hub is reduced; and 60-75 degree skew with a linear distribution from 50% radius to blade tip.
AERATING SYSTEMS, APPARATUSES, AND METHODS
An apparatus includes a body having a length extending from a first end to a second end. The body defines a bore extending through the entirety of the body and at least one of a plurality of grooves or holes around the bore. The body has a length that is dimensioned to be received entirely within a neck of a container.
Aeration Device
An aeration device has an entrainment chamber for mixing air and water in a body of water, wherein the air becomes partially dissolved into the water, thus creating water enriched with dissolved air, and excess air that did not dissolve into the water. An air input introduces air into the aeration device and a water input introduces water into the aeration device. Water enriched with dissolved air exits a water discharge of the aeration device at a first level within the body of water. An air exhaust manifold wherein the excess air can exit the water discharge while remaining inside the aeration device, an exhaust stack that permits the excess air to travel up from the air exhaust manifold, and an exhaust that permits the excess air to exit the aeration device at a second level within or above the body of water.
System, method, and apparatus to oxygenate water
A system, method, and apparatus for oxygenation of a source of water, to increase the dissolved oxygen content of water. Aspects of the present invention harnesses and directs the power of water flowing through the system to extract oxygen present in air, rather than relying on the injection of gas or using other mechanical means. The water oxygenator is formed as an elongate cylindrical tube having a water inlet at a first end, a water outlet at a second end, and an air inlet proximal to the first end. The elongate cylindrical tube has an outer sidewall defining a mixing chamber within an interior cavity of the water oxygenator. The mixing chamber includes a plurality of baffles that are disposed in a spaced apart relation along a longitudinal length of the interior cavity.
High-flow, high-pressure inline saturator system and method thereof
There is provided an inline saturator system and method for gas exchange with an aqueous-phase liquid. The system includes a pressure vessel, configured to receive a first liquid and a first gas from external sources and to discharge a second liquid and a second gas from the pressure vessel, and a gas infusion device situated within the pressure vessel. The gas infusion device is configured to receive the first liquid and first gas, to facilitate gas exchange therebetween, producing the second liquid and the second gas, and to discharge the second liquid and second gas into the pressure vessel. The system further includes a recirculation system configured to direct a portion of liquid within the pressure vessel back into the saturator device, where injection of the redirected liquid into the gas infusion device forces the first liquid into the gas infusion device for the gas exchange.
Expansion chamber for a wine bottle aerator
A hollow expansion chamber of the present invention is configured to temporarily contain an expansion of bubbles during an aeration process for aerating a liquid, where a chamber body of the expansion chamber has an oblate spheroid shape. When moving circumferentially downward along the chamber body starting from a maximum inside diameter, the oblate spheroidal shape of a bottom portion has a first integral transition that is a tangential transition to a first frustoconical shape. Continuing moving circumferentially downward, the first frustoconical shape has a second integral transition to a cylindrical extension. The cylindrical extension at a distal end has a bottom opening configured to fit within an opened bottleneck. The first frustoconical shape has a minimum angle of 15 degrees relative to a horizontal plane. The second integral transition is a radial second integral transition having an inside surface radius of at least 0.25 inches.
