METHODS AND SYSTEMS FOR A FUEL INJECTOR
Methods and systems are provided for a fuel injector. In one example, a system may include an injection nozzle having a venturi shape with an upstream twisted fin arranged in a venturi inlet. The system may further include a downstream twisted fin arranged in a venturi outlet.
Micro-Bubble Generator
A micro-bubble generator has an intake manifold, a casing threadingly connected to the intake manifold, a first air inlet channel defined between threads of the intake manifold and the casing, a booster located inside the casing and having a gap defined between the casing and the booster to form a second air inlet channel and to communicate with the first air inlet channel, a bubble generating tube located inside the casing and having a third air inlet channel defined between the end faces of the bubble generating tube and of the booster. The booster includes a first water inlet and a first water outlet having an inner diameter smaller than that of the first water inlet so that water velocity at the first water outlet is faster than that at the first water inlet, which forces ambient air to enter the bubble generating tube via air inlet channels and to be mixed with water in the bubble generating tube to generate bubbles. Bubbles are cut into micro-bubbles after passing through the cutter and exit the bubble exit.
MICROBUBBLE SPRAY HEAD AND WASHING APPARATUS WITH SAME
A microbubble spray head and a washing apparatus with the same. The microbubble spray head includes a spray pipe, where the spray pipe is of an integrated or two-part hollow pipe structure, an air inlet channel is provided in the spray pipe, the spray pipe is configured to enable water flow to generate negative pressure in the spray pipe, external air is sucked into the spray pipe via the air inlet channel by the negative pressure and is mixed with water flow in the spray pipe to form bubble water; and a bubbler, where the bubbler is fixed at the outlet end of the spray pipe and is configured to be capable of forming microbubble water when the bubble water flows through the bubbler. The microbubble spray head has good microbubble generation performance and low manufacturing costs.
HIGH MASS FLOW CHECK VALVE ASPIRATOR
The embodiments disclosed herein provide a check valve aspirator including a venturi pipe having a converging section with a converging inlet and a converging outlet, and a diverging section with a diverging inlet and a diverging outlet. The converging outlet is in fluid communication with the diverging inlet. An outlet channel is in fluid communication with the venturi pipe and has an outlet port.
Venturi nozzle apparatus
The present inventive concept relates to a venturi nozzle apparatus. Specifically, an embodiment of the present inventive concept provides a venturi nozzle apparatus which mixes water and a gas to dissolve the gas in the water, the venturi nozzle apparatus including a housing in which a flow pipe through which at least one of the water and the water in which the gas is dissolved selectively flows and a bypass pipe which communicates with the flow pipe to selectively bypass at least one of the water and the water in which the gas is dissolved flowing through the flow pipe are disposed, an injector unit which is detachably inserted into the flow pipe of the housing and configured to selectively receive the gas and the water to dissolve the gas in the water, and a valve member which is inserted into the bypass pipe of the housing and configured to cause at least one of the water and the water in which the gas is dissolved to flow to at least one of the flow pipe of the housing and the bypass pipe of the housing.
Apparatus for dispersing particles in a liquid
In one example, a liquid mixture nozzle for flowing a liquid mixture therethrough includes a body having a flow inlet and a flow outlet. The flow inlet is configured to couple to a first piece of piping and the flow outlet is configured to couple to a second piece of piping. The liquid mixture nozzle also includes a converging section having a decreasing diameter positioned adjacent the flow inlet, an orifice positioned at a narrow end of the converging section, an intermediate section having a constant diameter positioned adjacent the orifice, a diverging section having an increasing diameter positioned adjacent the intermediate section and the flow outlet.
VARIABLE VENTURI DEVICE WITH ADJUSTABLE VALVE STEM
A fluid injection device includes a housing and a valve stem. The housing includes an inlet arm having an inlet orifice for receiving a feeder fluid. An outlet arm has an outlet orifice to discharge a mixed fluid. A venturi tube is between the inlet and outlet arms. The inlet arm, veturi tube and outlet arm define a nonlinear fluid pathway where the venturi tube redefines a portion of the nonlinear fluid pathway as a constricted fluid pathway. A diverter port is used to divert a portion of the feeder fluid from the inlet arm into the container and an injection port is used to receive product from the container. A valve arm is collinearly aligned with the venturi tube and the valve stem is positioned within the valve arm and adjusts the volume of the constricted fluid pathway.
Valve for dispensing a liquid and optionally aerating it
A valve for dispensing a liquid includes a housing, an internal liquid passage extending through the housing, a valve seat, a valve member movable between a closed position engaging the valve seat and an open position disengaging the valve seat, and a control member controlling movement of the valve member, which is movable between a first position in which it engages the valve member in its closed position, a second position in which the valve member is in its open position but still engaging the control member and a third position in which the valve member is in its open position and out of engagement with the control member. At least one air passage connects the outside of the valve with the internal liquid passage. The at least one air passage is closed in the first and second positions of the control member and is opened in the third position.
SYSTEMS AND METHODS TO NITROGEN-INFUSE AND DISPENSE BEVERAGES
In a method for infusing a gas from a gas source into a liquid beverage, liquid beverage is driven from a beverage container into a liquid inlet port of a venturi mixing device. Nitrogen is infused into the liquid beverage by driving nitrogen through a gas inlet port of the venturi mixing device, thereby delivering nitrogen-infused liquid beverage to a discharge port of the venturi mixing device. The nitrogen-infused liquid beverage is poured from the discharge port through a faucet.
Systems to nitrogen-infuse and dispense beverages
In a device for infusing a gas from a gas source into a liquid beverage, a beverage container defines an interior for holding the liquid beverage therein. A venturi mixing device has a liquid inlet port in fluid communication with the beverage container, a gas inlet port in fluid communication with the gas source and a discharge port. The venturi mixing device is configured to infuse the gas received from the gas source into liquid beverage received from the beverage container. A faucet is in fluid communication with the discharge port of the venturi mixing device and is configured to dispense the liquid beverage infused with the gas.
