Tobacco hopper
A tobacco hopper that may be used with commercially available tobacco rolling machines. More specifically, this disclosure relates to tobacco hoppers that can be made from precut assembly kits, paper kits, cardboard kits, or other elements or material. The tobacco hopper may be position on or to the side of commercially available tobacco rolling machine. In some embodiments the tobacco hopper may be easily disposed after multiple uses.
Smoking article machine
A plant material assembly for separating cannabis plant material is provided having a plant material hopper configured to receive the cannabis plant material and feed the cannabis plant material to a plant material separator. The plant material separator is configured to separate undesirable plant material from desirable plant material by using a first roller, a second roller, and a third roller. The first roller and the second roller separating the cannabis plant material into the desirable plant material and the undesirable plant material by sending the desirable plant material in a first directional path and the undesirable plant material in a second directional path. Next, the third roller is used in relation to the first roller and the second roller, wherein the third roller redirects the undesirable plant material from the second directional path into a third directional path and finally into a catch depository.
CONDITIONING SYSTEM
At least one example embodiment discloses a conditioning system including a first roller, a second roller, a first drive system configured to rotate the first roller in a first rotational direction and rotate the second roller in a second rotational direction and a second drive system configured to move the first roller and the second roller in opposing linear directions, the first drive system and the second drive system being configured to cooperatively control the first roller and the second roller to process a substance.
ORBITAL PLANT MATERIAL FEED SYSTEM
An orbital plant material feed assembly includes a drum structure and hopper assembly. An external surface of the drum structure has a curved shape and includes a peripheral groove. A width of the peripheral groove varies along the external surface of the drum structure. The hopper assembly may define a compression space between the drum structure and a portion of the hopper assembly that covers a portion of the peripheral groove.
APPARATUS AND METHOD TO FETCH AN END PORTION OF A SHEET OF MATERIAL WOUND IN A BOBBIN
The invention relates to an apparatus (100) and a method to fetch an end portion of a sheet (40) of material wound in a bobbin (152), the apparatus including: a rotatable bobbin holder (150) adapted to be inserted in a bobbin; an articulated arm (180); a suction device (110) having a contact surface (124) including a first portion (130) capable of exerting a first suction power and a second portion (132) capable of exerting a second suction power different from zero, wherein the first suction power is higher than the second suction power, the suction device being attached to the articulated arm; and a control unit (190), adapted to command a movement of the articulated arm so that the first portion of the contact surface of the suction device contacts the bobbin. The invention also relates to a method to fetch an end portion of a sheet of material wound in a bobbin.
System Comprising a Machine for Preparing a Smokable Product from a Portion Capsule
A capsule used for preparing a smokeable product, the capsule comprising a bowl shaped body made from aluminum and having an open top and a rounded bottom creating a cavity configured to hold smokeable material therein, the rounded bottom having a closed, roughly cylindrical neck extending from a center of the rounded bottom, away from the open top; and a circular disc of aluminum foil configured to couple to the open top of the body of the capsule. A machine for preparing a smokeable product, the machine comprising a housing, a vibration plate, at least one vibration motor, a capsule receiving compartment, a support structure slidably coupled to a top surface of the housing, a tamper, a tamper motor, a rolling medium holder, and a waste chamber, the waste chamber located below the rolling medium holder and configured to receive waste.
SMOKING ARTICLE MACHINE
A machine for making plant material smoking articles is provided having a feeding assembly that is configured to feed plant material to a combustible material rolling assembly. The combustible material rolling assembly includes a continuous stream of paper and a forming chute having a semispherical channel at a length and at least one adjustable guide. The combustible material rolling assembly is configured to roll the plant material in the continuous stream of paper at a wrapping rate within the semispherical channel to make at least one plant material smoking article. In some embodiments, the feeding assembly is either driven via gravity or a pneumatic delivery system. In one embodiment, at least one adjustable guide includes a tapered conical guide configured to additionally adjust the wrapping rate.
SMOKING ARTICLE MACHINE
A rotational transfer assembly is provided to transfer at least one smoking article from a combustible material rolling assembly to a filter assembly. The rotational transfer assembly includes a transfer wheel configured to rotate in a rotational direction at a rotational speed and a plurality of transfer elements attached and positioned radially to the transfer wheel. Each of the plurality of transfer elements is configured to receive a smoking article traveling in a first direction at a linear speed from the combustible material rolling assembly. Next, each transfer element comprising a member of an air component set holds and retains the smoking article on the transfer element during rotation. In some embodiments, each transfer element of the plurality of transfer elements includes a semispherical shaped engagement surface configured to engage the plant material smoking article. In operation, the rotational speed and the linear speed is synchronized by the smoking article machine and a control assembly.
