Methods and compositions for microwave-assisted non-oxidative catalytic direct conversion of natural gas
Disclosed are compositions for catalysts comprising a zeolite promoted by metal and or metal oxide. In some aspects, the metal and/or metal oxide comprise a mixture of two or more metal or metal oxides. In various aspects, the zeolite is a pentasil zeolite and/or a ZSM-5 type zeolite. Also disclosed are processes for making the disclosed heterogeneous catalysts comprising preparing a mixture of a zeolite and one or more metal salts, which can include use of incipient wetness impregnation methods. In various aspects, also disclosed are methods for direct, non-oxidative preparation of higher hydrocarbons from natural gas, including selective for high yield production of C6 and higher hydrocarbons. This abstract is intended as a scanning tool for purposes of searching in the particular art and is not intended to be limiting of the present disclosure.

CONTINUOUS FLOW CATALYTIC REACTOR, ASSEMBLING METHOD THEREFOR AND APPLICATION THEREOF
A continuous flow catalytic reactor, an assembling method therefor and an application thereof includes a reaction vessel, a filler packaged in the reaction vessel and a charged catalytic component; the charged catalytic component is fixed to the filler under an action of a direct-current electric field. The continuous flow catalytic reactor may be applied to continuous flow reactions such as a monosaccharide epimerization reaction. A monosaccharide epimerization reaction method includes: providing the continuous flow catalytic reactor; electrically connecting the continuous flow catalytic reactor with a direct-current power supply, thereby to forming the direct-current electric field by electrically connecting the continuous flow catalytic reactor with the direct-current power supply; and heating a reactor container to a target temperature, and inputting a monosaccharide solution from a liquid flow inlet of the reaction vessel and then collecting a solution containing a target product from a liquid flow outlet of the reaction vessel.
Method for sweetening an olefinic petrol of sulphide-type compounds
A process reducing sulfides R1-S-R2, with R1 and R2 methyl or ethyl, in a gasoline containing diolefins, mono-olefins and sulphur: A) contacting gasoline in mixture with a light gasoline cut recycled from C) and hydrogen in a reactor with catalyst A at least one VIb metal and at least one non noble group VIII metal on a support, producing effluent having diolefins and sulfides R1-S-R2, with R1 and R2 methyl or ethyl radicals lower than that that of the starting gasoline; B) the effluent from A) is sent into a fractionating column separating at the top a light gasoline cut containing hydrocarbons having less than 6 carbon atoms per molecule and at the bottom a heavy gasoline cut containing hydrocarbons having 6 and more than 6 carbon atoms per molecule; C) recycling a part of the light gasoline from B) to the reactor of A) with a recycle ratio 0.1 to 0.7.
