APPARATUS, SYSTEMS, AND METHODS FOR FILLING PREROLLS
A system for filling prerolls may include a pod, tamper accessory, and ejector accessory. The pod includes a keying groove, a support flange, and a plurality of fill chambers for filling prerolls that open into a foot space of the pod. The tamper accessory may include a keying segment configured to fit into the keying groove of the pod, allowing the tamping rods to seat prerolls within the fill chambers of the pod. The ejector accessory may include a keying segment configured to fit into the keying groove of the pod, a ring groove configured to accept the support flange, and an ejector pedestal configured to push filled and packed prerolls out of the pod.
SYSTEMS, METHODS, AND DEVICES FOR DELIVERING TOBACCO INTO TOBACCO CASING TUBES
Systems, methods, and devices for automatically delivering tobacco into a tobacco receiving cavity in a cigarette casing, including a packer module with movable fingers for compressing tobacco.
METERING FUNNEL TRAY SYSTEM
A system includes a cradle, a tray assembly, a plurality of supports, and a vibrator. The tray assembly removably couples to the cradle. The tray assembly has a plurality of holes and a handle. The handle facilitates separating the tray assembly from the cradle. The plurality of supports extend from the tray assembly at positions on the tray assembly that correspond to positions of the holes in the tray assembly. The supports are sized and dimensioned to hold paper tubes. The vibrator vibrates the tray assembly coupled to the cradle to distribute loose material placed on the tray assembly through the holes in the tray assembly and fill the paper tubes in the supports with the loose material.
