A transfer device for material such as cannabis is provided for use with a grinding device and includes a flexible sheet material formed or molded around a hollow interior to define a generally tubular body which has a base wall and two side walls standing upwardly from the base wall. One end of the generally tubular body forms a scraper edge where the sides are recessed to form a shovel area over the base. The other end of the body forms a pinch end where the side walls converge to an upper slot which can be squeezed together to close the slot in a pinching action so as to pinch the material within the hollow interior between the side walls for manual transfer. The body is narrower at the second end so that material scraped into the body is converged by the side walls in the form of a funnel.

An apparatus and method for filling smoking cones includes a hollow cylindrical body having a cone connector nozzle on one end, a push-rod opening at an opposite end, and a filler port on one side thereof. A locking cap is also included and used to releasably retain a cone to the cone connector nozzle, and a push-rod is included and used to push smoking material placed within the hollow cylindrical body via the filler port into the smoking cone.

The packing device also has plugs and caps that are configured to tightly seal the packed smoking cones within the body of the packing device, thereby protecting the packed smoking cones from damage during transport and also minimizing any odors emitted from the tobacco, cannabis, or other smokable herbs.

The first housing and second housing are configured to move relative to each other between a disengaged condition and an engaged condition that defines a conical chamber for each first semi-conical slot and complementary second semi-conical slot, whereby the conical chamber is dimensioned and shaped to engage and radially support a lateral surface area of the cone-base wrapping paper along a substantial length thereof.
