A smoking article provides one or more sheets of material that can be rolled to a tube or shell or tube-like shape and then packaged in an unfilled or partially filled condition, one end portion of the tube or shell or tube-like shape being at least partially closed. In one embodiment, multiple sheets are rolled layers that can optionally be wrapped around a form casing (or pre-rolled inside) and then packaged with one end closed or partially closed. In another embodiment, a rod that assists in loading tobacco into the shell cavity is provided. In one embodiment, the plug takes the form of a mouthpiece.

The present disclosure provides an apparatus for serving one or more purposes. The apparatus includes a case. The case has at least one coupling provision from a plurality of coupling provisions. In addition, the apparatus includes a holder operably coupled at one end of the case. The holder is used for holding at least one of a keychain, a ring, a band, and a bracelet. Further, the apparatus may include a band. The band is placed for holding at least one of a communication device or a hand of a user. Furthermore, the apparatus includes an operating module operable coupled with a mechanism that is positioned inside or around the case to control and operate a holding module. The operating module is positioned on any of face of the case. The holding module has a provision for mounting a plurality of elements for serving the one or more purposes.

Kit for producing a cigarette includes a cigarette tube holding a smoking material, a funnel having a length, a top face, a bottom face, and funnel includes a fold line along which bottom face of funnel is folded relative to the top face to form a slot and a closed bottom face. The funnel receives the smoking material through the slot and fills the funnel with smoking material for filling the cigarette tube. The cigarette tube is filled with the smokable material. The funnel is rollable into a filter, and the filter is inserted into an end of the cigarette tube, and the filter filters smoke from the smoking material and the cigarette tube when the cigarette tube and the smoking material are ignited. There is likewise a method of making a cigarette using the kit.

The top of the rolling device includes a flared or funnel like opening configured to receive the rolling material. The body of the rolling device is conical in shape and when the cone shaped rolling paper is inserted in the same, there are no spaces or gaps between the side walls of the body and the cone rolling paper. Rolling material is then inserted through the top end of the rolling device, and in some instances can be compacted using a separate rod or the like. Once filled, the bottom of the rolling device is removed, and the filled cone rolling paper is removed through the bottom.
