Tobacco leaf rolled cone
A smoking product includes a cylindrical crutch in substantial axial alignment with a hollow conical mold, and a tobacco leaf rolled cone formed around the cylindrical crutch and the hollow conical mold. A truncated minor diameter end of the hollow conical mold forms a circular rim in contact with an end of the cylindrical crutch, where the cylindrical crutch and the circular rim have substantially the same outer diameter. The hollow conical mold may remain inside the tobacco leaf rolled cone until use, but is easily removable from the tobacco leaf rolled cone without damaging the tobacco leaf rolled cone.

DEVICE AND METHOD FOR FORMING A NATURAL LEAF SMOKABLE PRODUCT
The present invention provides a rolling device and method for forming a natural leaf smoking product comprising the steps of providing a diospyros melanoxylon leaf body, which may be a recycled reconstituted diospyros melanoxylon paper, acting as a binder material, having an inner body surface with pubescent straight trichomes disposed thereon; providing a hemp component acting as a filler material; disposing the diospyros melanoxylon leaf body in an operative configuration with the outer body surface on a support surface and the inner body surface facing upwardly for receiving the hemp component; applying the hemp component over the pubescent straight trichomes; and wrapping the diospyros melanoxylon leaf body, which may be a recycled reconstituted diospyros melanoxylon paper, around the hemp component to form an encased smoking product.

Apparatus for Rolling or Wrapping Materials Within an Elongated Wrapper, and Associated Accessories
Apparatus for rolling pieces of a wrappable and smokable or edible material, such as tobacco, herbs, or cannabis, or foodstuffs, within a wrapper such as a sheet of a paper or seaweed, respectively for smoking or eating. The apparatus comprises a tube (which can comprise integrated outer and inner tubes for ease of manufacture) with a rotatable base, an openable or removable top cap, and a hollow tubular interior. The tube has a longitudinal side opening for receiving the wrapper into said interior of the tube. In operation, the base is rotated and the wrapper is inserted and directed toward said interior where the wrapper wraps around said interior. The wrappable material is thereafter inserted into said tubular interior. Turning the base of the tube causes the wrapper to wrap said material within it. When complete, the wrapped material is removed from the top or bottom of the tube.

Compact system for preparing personal smokable products
A system for preparing smokeable material comprising a wall providing an upper chamber and a lower chamber with a grate between the chambers. Feed smokeable material in the upper chamber has its size reduced with a size reducer a sufficient amount that it can pass through the grade into the lower chamber as fill smokeable material. A support below the lower chamber is provided for supporting a wrapper. There is an opening in the lower chamber for fill smokeable material to pass into the wrapper. An axially moveable tamper can tamp the fill smokeable material in the wrapper. Biasing means bias the wall and tamper into the upper position. A mechanism is provided for moving the tamper from its upper position to its lower position against the biasing means for tamping the smokeable material in the wrapper.
