The present disclosure relates to converting equilibrium-limited reactions. Various embodiments may include methods and apparatus for such reactions, such as a method for converting equilibrium-limited reactions comprising: delivering a catalyst material to a reaction zone of a reactor; delivering starting materials into the reaction zone; reacting the materials to form a product; introducing a sorbent into the reactor; taking up the products with the sorbent; and collecting the sorbent once it is loaded with products in a collection zone of the reactor. In some embodiment, the reaction zone is separated from the collection zone in the reactor.
Polymerization Processes and Polymers Made Therefrom
The present disclosure provides processes for polymerizing olefin(s). Methods can include contacting a first composition and a second composition in a line to form a third composition. The first composition can include a contact product of a first catalyst, a second catalyst, a support, a first activator, a mineral oil. The second composition can include a contact product of an activator, a diluent, and the first catalyst or the second catalyst. Methods can include introducing the third composition from the line into a gas-phase fluidized bed reactor, introducing a condensing agent to the line and/or the reactor, exposing the third composition to polymerization conditions, and/or obtaining a polyolefin. Polyethylene compositions including at least 65 wt % ethylene derived units, based upon the total weight of the polyethylene composition, are provided.
Method of manufacturing iron-base catalysts and methods of manufacturing hydrocarbons using iron-base catalysts made by the method
The present invention relates to a method for producing liquid or solid hydrocarbons from a synthesis gas via Fischer-Tropsch synthesis which does not carry out a separate reduction pre-treatment for catalyst activation. The method for producing liquid or solid hydrocarbons from a synthesis gas using Fischer-Tropsch synthesis according to the present invention comprises: a first step of applying an iron-based catalyst for the Fischer-Tropsch synthesis in which the number of iron atoms in the ferrihydrite phase fraction equals 10 to 100% and the number of iron atoms in the hematite phase fraction equals 0 to 90%, with respect to 100% of the number of the number of iron atoms, to a Fischer-Tropsch synthesis reactor; and a second step of activating the catalyst for the Fischer-Tropsch synthesis by a synthesis gas which is a reactant under the conditions of the Fischer-Tropsch synthesis and carrying out the Fischer-Tropsch synthesis by means of the activated catalyst for the Fischer-Tropsch synthesis. As such, the present invention is capable of efficiently producing liquid or solid hydrocarbons from a synthesis gas via Fischer-Tropsch synthesis, even without a separate reduction pre-treatment.
Continuous gas fluidized bed polymerization process
Process for the preparation of a polyolefin in a reaction system comprising a reactor comprising a fluidized bed and a distribution plate, product purge bin, and granular feed bin, wherein the process comprises feeding a polymerization catalyst to the fluidized bed, feeding -olefin monomer(s) to the reactor, circulating fluids from the top of the reactor to the bottom of the reactor, withdrawing a stream comprising the polyolefin and fluids from the reactor and passing said stream into the product purge bin, purging the product purge bin with a purge stream comprising an inert gas to obtain a stream comprising a purged polyolefin and a stream comprising fluids, introducing part of the stream comprising fluids back into the reactor, introducing the stream comprising the purged polyolefin into the granular feed bin, and contacting a deactivating stream with purged polyolefin in granular feed bin to obtain the polyolefin free of polymerization catalyst.

MIXING TEE ASSEMBLY AND PROCESS
A mixing tee assembly suitable for phosphate acid attack reaction is described. The mixing tee assembly comprises an outer pipe having a mixing end and a tee end, wherein a tee structure is formed near the tee end to connect with additional piping; an inner pipe comprising a nozzle end connected to a nozzle and a open end; wherein the inner pipe is lined with a corrosion-resistant material on its inside surface; wherein when the inner pipe is assembled within the outer pipe, the nozzle extends beyond the mixing end of the outer pipe by at least of the inside diameter of the outer pipe.
HYDROGEN PRODUCTION SYSTEM
A hydrogen production system includes: hydrogen compound members, a first container, a second container having an internal temperature that is lower than the internal temperature of the first container, and a water supplying device that supplies water to the second container. The hydrogen compound member accommodated in the first container is movable into the second container, and the hydrogen compound member accommodated in the second container is movable into the first container.

System and Method for Heat Treatment of Sludge
There is provided a system for sludge treatment, which system is arranged in a container adapted to be transported by a truck and comprises: a sludge inlet for receiving a sludge; a reactor comprising an electrical heating arrangement for heat treatment of the sludge, which reactor is arranged downstream the sludge inlet; a flashing arrangement for cooling sludge treated in the reactor and providing at least one steam fraction, which flashing arrangement is arranged downstream the reactor; a steam routing arrangement capable of routing the at least one steam fraction from the flashing arrangement to preheat sludge transported from the sludge inlet to the reactor; and a separation arrangement for separating the cooled sludge from the flashing arrangement into a first fraction and a second fraction, wherein the suspended solids content is higher in the first fraction than in the second fraction. A corresponding method is also provided.
