Spray device and methods of assembly and use
A spray device includes a bottle portion, a sleeve, and an engine. The engine includes a spring that when compressed pressurizes a chamber containing a dispensable amount of fluid from the bottle portion. The sleeve and the engine are configured to be torquable onto the bottle without compressing the spring. Rotation of the sleeve relative to the bottle by a user pressurizes a chamber containing fluid from the bottle. Auditory and/or tactile feedback is provided to the user during rotation of the sleeve thereby allowing the user to select an amount of the fluid to be dispensed. The engine includes a main spring that when compressed pressurizes a chamber containing a dispensable amount of fluid from the bottle. The spring is enclosed between a cup and a cap, which have been fused together.
VORTEX VENTURI WATER SPRAYING ASSEMBLY
A water spraying assembly is provided which includes a fluid conduit, a vortex chamber, an intermediate chamber, and a nozzle chamber. The intermediate chamber has a constricted section which increases the velocity of water that passes through the nozzle chamber. Further, the nozzle has one or more holes which project through the nozzle chamber's sidewall where the intermediate chamber enters into the nozzle chamber. The vortex chamber is positioned between the fluid conduit and the intermediate chamber. The vortex chamber rotates the flow of water around the showerhead's longitudinal axis before the water enters the nozzle's intermediate chamber. This causes the water to swirl within the intermediate chamber and nozzle chamber to increase the effect of air aspirating into water within the showerhead's nozzle.
Power sprayer
A spray head for a power sprayer configured to generate a continuous sheet-like water shield around a center stream of water is disclosed. A water delivery device for use with a sink is disclosed, the water delivery device may produce a stream of water surrounded by a continuous shield of water.
AEROSOL DISPENSING DEVICE AND METHOD FOR MANUFACTURING AN AEROSOL DISPENSING DEVICE
An aerosol dispensing device for placement on an aerosol container having a valve stem. The device includes an actuator adapted to operate the valve stem. A spray nozzle insert is positioned in the actuator. The spray nozzle insert includes an end wall having a spray orifice therethrough. A cylindrical wall connected to the inner side of the end wall is arranged concentric with the spray orifice. The spray nozzle insert has at least two snap fingers at a radial distance outside the cylindrical wall. The actuator has at least two guiding ribs configured to guide each snap finger upon positioning the spray nozzle insert in the actuator. The snap finger has a snap member which is snapped behind an inward end of the guiding rib.
COSMETIC CONTAINER WITH DISCHARGE STRUCTURE FOR MIXING HETEROGENEOUS CONTENTS
A cosmetic container with a discharge structure for mixing heterogeneous contents according to one embodiment of one aspect of the present disclosure includes: a container body in which heterogeneous contents are stored; a discharging device for discharging the heterogeneous contents stored in the container body; and a button configured to operate the discharging device and formed with a discharge passage and a discharge port, wherein a mixing shaft member and a mixing cap member are formed in the discharge passage and the discharge port, so that the heterogeneous contents are mixed with each other.
Orifice and spray container including the same
Provided is an orifice and a spray container including the same. The orifice, which is provided at an outlet of the spray container, includes: an inflow part formed in a hollow cylindrical shape into which a nozzle is inserted and configured to receive contents flowing in through a circumference of the nozzle; a ring part recessed to a predetermined depth in a discharge direction from a circumference of a front surface of the inflow part; a discharge path provided at a center of the ring part and having a cross-sectional area decreasing in a direction toward a front; a wing part extending from the ring part toward the discharge path; and a discharge port provided at a front end of the discharge path.
Compact dispensing device
A dispensing device including a bottle provided with a neck and a trigger dispensing head fitted to the neck is provided. The dispensing head includes a socket at least partially housed in the neck compartment, a main body that, with the socket, delimits a valve compartment in the neck, a valve group, a piston, a chassis, a trigger group, and elastic return elements. The valve group is contained in the valve compartment, limiting the overall size of the device.
SPRAY HEAD FOR A FLUID PRODUCT AND USE OF SUCH A HEAD
A fluid spray head comprising: a body (1) forming a housing (14) in which there extends a core (16); a nozzle (2) engaged in the housing (14) around the core (16), and forming a spray orifice (0) presenting a chamber outlet diameter D3 and a chamber outlet section S3; the core (16) and the nozzle (2) defining between them, from upstream to downstream: a plurality of swirl channels (T) presenting a channel length L1; and a swirl chamber (C) presenting a chamber inlet diameter D2, and a chamber inlet section S2, the dispenser orifice (O) forming an outlet for the swirl chamber (C); the spray head being characterized in that 30% of S2≤S3≤55% of S2, and preferably S3 is equal to approximately 42% of S2.
Fluid product dispensing head and assembly for moulding such a head
A fluid dispenser head having a single-piece head body (1) forming an axial inlet well (12) suitable for connecting to a dispenser member (D), such as a pump or a valve; and a transverse feed duct (13) that extends from the axial inlet well (12). The dispenser head also has a dispenser orifice (21) in fluid communication with the transverse feed duct (13). A filter (F) is situated in the axial inlet well (12) and/or in the transverse feed duct (13).
