Nozzle with a random discharge jet pattern
A nozzle with a random discharge jet pattern includes an intake cone having an upstream end, a downstream end, and an outer surface. The nozzle includes a bell with an upstream end, a downstream end, and an inner surface. The bell is fixed to the intake cone so that the upstream end of the bell encircles the downstream end of the intake cone. Vanes couple the bell to the intake cone, and the vanes extend from the outer surface of the intake cone to the inner surface of the bell and then along the inner surface of the bell toward the downstream end thereof. The vanes define a plurality of channels extending along the inner surface of the bell from the upstream end toward the downstream end thereof.
Dispensing head with a stepped swirling chamber for a dispensing device
A dispensing head with a staged swirling chamber for a dispensing system includes a spraying nozzle including a dispensing orifice and a swirling chamber opening into the dispensing orifice, the swirling chamber including a converging portion, and extending along an axis between an upstream end and a downstream end in the direction of displacement of the product, and an anvil including a core provided with a peripheral wall, that is housed inside the swirling chamber, and forming with the converging portion at least one fluidic path in which the product circulates, the converging portion including an inner wall of the nozzle, the inner wall and/or the peripheral wall of the core being provided with a plurality of steps, each step being defined by a transverse wall that extends in a plane secant to the axis and a longitudinal wall substantially parallel to the axis, the steps forming obstacles in the fluidic path.
FLUID ATOMIZER
A fluid atomizer and methods of atomizing fluids are disclosed. The fluid atomizer may comprise an inner member and one or more outer members. The inner member defines an interior conduit for providing a first-fluid flowpath from a supply end of the atomizer to a discharge end of the atomizer along a central axis. The one or more outer members are positioned radially outward of the inner member from the central axis. The inner and outer members define a second-fluid flowpath extending from a second-fluid supply conduit to a second-fluid discharge plenum. The second-fluid flowpath comprises a tangential conduit spiraling along the axis from the second-fluid supply conduit to a terminal end; an annulus downstream from and in fluid communication with the tangential conduit; and a second-fluid discharge plenum downstream from and in fluid communication with the annulus.
SHOWERHEAD AND BUBBLE GENERATING UNIT
A shower head to jet an air bubble-liquid mixture by mixing air bubbles into the liquid includes a shower nozzle, a flow-adjustment piece, and air introduction passages. The shower nozzle includes an air bubble mixing space. The flow-adjustment piece is arranged in the air bubble mixing space. The air introduction passages cause air to flow into the air bubble mixing space therethrough.
Spray nozzle, in particular for a system for dispensing a pressurized fluid provided with a pushbutton, and dispensing system comprising such a nozzle
A spray nozzle for a system for dispensing a pressurized product is provided with a pushbutton. The nozzle includes a dispensing orifice and a vortex chamber emerging on the dispensing orifice. The chamber includes a conical part defined by a conical side surface. The conical side surface converges from an upstream end toward a downstream supply end of the dispensing orifice. The nozzle further includes at least one supply channel of the vortex chamber, each supply channel emerging in the upstream end of the conical part, the conical side surface having at least one stepped portion provided with multiple levels.
FLUID PRODUCT DISPENSING HEAD AND ASSEMBLY FOR MOULDING SUCH A HEAD
A fluid dispenser head having a single-piece head body (1) forming an axial inlet well (12) suitable for connecting to a dispenser member (D), such as a pump or a valve; and a transverse feed duct (13) that extends from the axial inlet well (12). The dispenser head also has a dispenser orifice (21) in fluid communication with the transverse feed duct (13). A filter (F) is situated in the axial inlet well (12) and/or in the transverse feed duct (13).
NOZZLE TIPS WITH REDUCED CLEANING TIME
The invention relates to nozzle tips including a nozzle body and a tip portion, configured to minimize the accumulation of a resin on the nozzle tip as it is dispensed through the nozzle tip. The nozzle tip can contain a central flow channel and an internal portion that branches and guides the resin into multiple exiting flow channels that define tangential pathways to the outer surface of the nozzle tip. The nozzle tip can include grooves that define extended, sharply angled flow paths for the resin.
Nozzle tips can have a neck portion separating a nozzle body and a tip end of the nozzle tip; here, a doughnut-shaped space located around the neck portion can be defined by the base of the nozzle, the crown of the nozzle, and the neck portion, for encouraging turbulent flow of the resin to scour the nozzle tip during dispensing.
