Sprinkler arc adjustment mechanism
The present invention is directed to a rotor or sprinkler that allows its watering arc to be rotated, increased, or decreased by user-rotation of the sprinkler's rotating nozzle base.
IRRIGATION SPRINKLER WITH REMOVABLY MOUNTED SOD CUP
An irrigation sprinkler can include an outer case having an inlet end and an outlet end. The sprinkler can include a riser positioned at least partially within the outer case and having an upstream end and a downstream end. The riser can be configured to transition between a retracted position and an extended position wherein the downstream end is positioned on a side of the outlet end of the outer case opposite the inlet end of the outer case when the riser is in the extended position. The sprinkler can include a cup assembly connected to the downstream end of the riser, the cup assembly including organic or artificial turf therein, wherein the cup assembly is configured to be removed from the riser without emptying the turf therefrom.
DISENGAGING ARC ADJUSTING GEAR FOR AN IRRIGATION SPRINKLER WITH AN ADJUSTABLE REVERSING GEAR DRIVE
A sprinkler can include a turbine, a nozzle, a gear drive and a reversing mechanism. The gear drive and the reversing mechanism rotatably couple the turbine and the nozzle. The gear drive can shift a direction of rotation of an output stage that is coupled to the reversing mechanism. The sprinkler can include at least one arc adjusting gear that moves and arc adjusting tab to contact a shift arm to cause the shifting mechanism to change direction. The arc adjusting gear can engage with the arc tab for adjusting the arc setting and disengage from the arc tab for normal operation.
FORCE-BALANCING SPRAY NOZZLE DEVICES
A spray nozzle includes a first conduit that provides a first flow path for a first type of fluid, a second conduit that provides a second flow path for a second fluid that is different from the first fluid, a first dispensing aperture that ejects therefrom a spray that includes the first type of fluid and/or the second type of fluid, and at least one balancing outlet in fluid communication with the second conduit. The at least one balancing outlet permit the second type of fluid to exit therefrom to balance a force of ejection of the spray from the first dispensing aperture.
Sprinkler
A sprinkler includes a housing having a tubular axle, a control device including a base coupled at the housing, a bridge upwardly extended from the tubular axle, a first cover including a top platform and an assembling unit downwardly extended from the top platform, and a second cover, having a center through hole, coupled at a top rim of the base. The bridge has two or more bridge ribs and the assembly unit has two or more corresponding windows. The first cover is coupled at the second cover at a position that the assembling unit is downwardly extended through the center through hole until the in center through hole is covered by the top platform, such that the bridge ribs of the bridge are engaged with the windows of the assembling unit of the first cover to securely couple the control device with the housing in a screw-less manner.
Circumferentially revolving water outlet device
Disclosed is a circumferentially revolving water outflowing device, having a main body, an upper cover, a lower cover, a water outflowing assembly and a revolving swing. The upper and lower covers are respectively covered on an upper and a lower end face of the main body, forming a water inlet cavity therein. The water inlet cavity is provided therein with an impeller, a speed reduction duplex gear and an output gear. The output gear is provided at an axial center portion thereof with a first rotating shaft, which rotates synchronously therewith, extends through the water inlet cavity out of the lower cover and is fixedly connected to one end of the revolving swing. The other end of the revolving swing is rotationally connected to an upper end face of the water outflowing seat. The revolving swing drives the water outflowing assembly to rotate under the driving of the output gear.
Turf System For Sprinklers
There is provided a turf cup assembly that attaches to a buried pop-up type sprinkler to blend a top of sprinkler both cosmetically and functionally with turf surrounding the sprinkler. The turf cup assembly includes a turf cup and a sleeve. The turf cup mounts to a riser of the pop-up type sprinkler. The turf cup contains soil and root structure of turf. The sleeve surrounds the turf cup and attaches to a top of a housing of a pop-up sprinkler. The sleeve can be at or slightly below grade, and the cup extends out of the sleeve during an irrigation cycle and retracts into the sleeve at the end of the irrigation cycle.
REVERSING MECHANISM FOR AN IRRIGATION SPRINKLER WITH A REVERSING GEAR DRIVE
A sprinkler can include a turbine, a nozzle, a gear drive and a reversing mechanism. The gear drive and the reversing mechanism rotatably couple the turbine and the nozzle. The gear drive can shift a direction of rotation of an output stage that is coupled to the reversing mechanism. The reversing mechanism can include a shift member coupled with the gear drive.
Sprinkler valve module with removable valve seal
A valve module for an irrigation sprinkler can include an upper valve support housing and a lower support basket removably connected to the valve support housing. The module can include a valve member reciprocable within the valve support housing to engage and disengage a valve seat in the support basket. The valve member can include a piston and valve seal removably attached to the piston and configured to be serviced or replaced separate from the piston when removed from the piston.
