SANITARY ROTARY TANK CLEANING APPARATUS
A rotary tank cleaning spray nozzle assembly which includes a stationary housing, a rotary housing for rotation about a central axis of the stationary housing, and a nozzle carrying hub supported by the rotary housing for rotation about an axis transverse to the axis of the stationary housing. A support rod extends through the rotary housing and into the stationary housing with a lower end supporting the underside of the rotary housing and the upper end being secured by a retainer. The retainer is releasable to permit removal of the rotary housing and nozzle hub from an underside of the stationary housing. A fluid driven drive for the rotary housing and nozzle hub includes a pair of removably mounted bevel gear rings. In one embodiment, liquid lubricating, frustoconical, high load carrying bearings support rotatably.

Device and a method for ejecting a fluid
A device and a method for ejecting a fluid are provided. The device comprises a main pipe, a rotatable housing connected to the main pipe and a hub provided with a nozzle. The hub is rotatably connected to the housing. The fluid is arranged to be conveyed through the main pipe and the housing to said nozzle for ejection of the fluid, and the hub is arranged to rotate about an axis arranged with an angle in relation to a longitudinal axis of the main pipe. The angle between the axes is arranged to vary between 90 and 90+, 245, when the housing rotates one revolution.
Cleaning Device And Product Processing System
A cleaning device including a housing which can be arranged on a feed line for cleaning fluid is disclosed. The housing includes an exit opening for the cleaning fluid, wherein a nozzle head rotatable about a first rotary axis is arranged in the region of the exit opening. A distributing device rotating about a second rotary axis different from the first rotary axis and having at least one blade element or at least one pendulum element is arranged on the rotatable nozzle head. The invention also describes a product-processing plant with at least one cleaning device for cleaning a product tank.
Liquid ejection system with nozzle having two outlets
A liquid ejection apparatus comprising a fluid line configured to extend into a tank and to receive a liquid, a rotary head being arranged on the pipe and fitted with a rotary hub that comprises a liquid ejection nozzle for ejecting the liquid, the rotary head being rotatable in a first direction and the rotary hub being rotatable in a second direction, such that the liquid ejected by the nozzle is ejected in a pattern on an interior surface of the tank. The liquid ejection nozzle comprises a first liquid outlet capable of ejecting the liquid in a first direction towards the interior surface of the tank, and a second liquid outlet capable of ejecting the liquid in a second direction towards the interior surface of the tank.
SPRAY NOZZLE FOR WASHING
The present invention relates to a spray nozzle for washing, in which: a linear spray inlet and a spiral spray inlet are integrally formed in one nozzle body, and thus, linear and spiral washing water can be selectively sprayed by operating organically; the lower end of a nozzle tip, which forms the spiral washing water, moves circumferentially around the axis, and the upper end makes linear contact within a packing, thereby preventing abrasion caused by friction and forming the spiral washing water without frictional resistance even in the case of weak water pressure; and when forming the spiral washing water, a backflow preventing member closes the linear jet inlet, and thus, backflow can be prevented, thereby enabling leakage prevention of washing water and a stable operation.
CLEANER
The invention relates to a cleaner comprising a base member connectable to a conduit for a cleaning agent, a head rotatably mounted about a first axis on the base member and a nozzle head mounted rotatably about a second axis on the head and having at least one nozzle. According to the invention, the nozzle head has an auxiliary nozzle which forms a cleaning jet and directs it toward the head, or an auxiliary nozzle which forms a cleaning jet and directs it toward the head is arranged on the nozzle head.
Rotary impingement cleaning device with replaceable cartridge gear train
The invention provides a rotary impingement cleaning apparatus including a gear train contained within a cartridge for easy installation and removal as a unit. The cleaning apparatus has an internal support platform to hold the cartridge and gear train. The platform is mounted within a fixed body housing. An output shaft from the cartridge gear train drives a rotary housing that drives a nozzle housing to rotate the nozzles around the horizontal axis.
Tank cleaning device and method
The invention relates to a tank cleaning device comprising a tank cleaner (1) having a drive means (18) comprising a drive means component, a nozzle holder (5) rotatable about two axes (D, L) and at least one nozzle (6) arranged on the nozzle holder (5). In order to adapt the tank cleaner quickly to a particular use thereof, it is proposed that at least one of the components drive means (18), drive means component, nozzle holder (5) and nozzle (6) be designed as a replaceable element, that the type of replaceable element be defined by said component, that the tank cleaner (1) include a replaceable element holder, and that a first group (27) comprising at least two replaceable elements of one type be provided. A method for operating a tank cleaning device and a method for cleaning a tank are also proposed.
