ELECTROSTATIC FLUID DELIVERY SYSTEM
An electrostatic fluid delivery system is configured to deliver fluid, such as a disinfectant fluid, onto a surface by electrically charging the fluid and forming the fluid into a mist, fog, plume, or spray that can be directed onto a surface, such as a surface to be cleaned. The system atomizes the fluid using a high-pressure air stream and passes the fluid through an electrode inside a nozzle assembly to charge, such as negatively charge, droplets of the atomized fluid. The system uses a unique nozzle design that is configured to optimally atomize the fluid into various sized droplets.
TOUCH-FREE TABLETOP FOAM SANITIZER DISPENSER
An exemplary tabletop foam sanitizer dispenser includes a bottle comprising a reservoir for containing liquid sanitizer. The bottle has a base for sitting on a surface. The base has a base diameter. The bottle has a top and a neck located proximate the top having an opening. The opening has an inner neck diameter. The base diameter is at least 3 times the inner neck diameter. A pump assembly is also included. The pump assembly has a cylindrical housing. The cylindrical housing having an outer housing diameter. The outer housing diameter is less than the inner neck diameter. The cylindrical housing is inserted into the bottle through the neck opening. A pump is located in the cylindrical housing. The pump includes a liquid inlet, an air inlet, a liquid outlet and an air outlet. A pump is motor located in the cylindrical housing. A battery is also located in the cylindrical housing. A nozzle housing is located above the cylindrical housing. A liquid and air mixing chamber located in the outlet nozzle housing. The liquid and air mixing chamber is in fluid communication with the liquid outlet and the air outlet. An outlet nozzle is in fluid communication with the mixing chamber and is located in a lower portion of the nozzle housing. The table top dispenser further includes a sensor for detecting a hand of a user positioned below the nozzle.
Powered liquid sprayer
A portable, battery-powered liquid sprayer is operable to eject liquids. The sprayer includes a power unit including a base having a motor housed therein. The sprayer further includes a sprayer tank including a reservoir, an outlet fluidly connected with the reservoir, and a pump fluidly connected with the reservoir and the outlet. The sprayer tank is configured for selective engagement with the power unit. When the sprayer tank engages the power unit, the motor is operable to selectively drive the pump to pump liquid from the reservoir for ejection through the outlet.
Paint sprayer with dynamic pulse width modulation driven motor
A fluid sprayer includes a housing, a pump, a nozzle, a high voltage direct current (HVDC) brushed electric motor that drives the pump, and a motor controller electrically connected to the motor. The motor controller drives the motor with a high speed pulse width modulated (PWM) drive signal that switches current through the motor on and off. The motor controller varies the PWM signal as a function of a spray setting input and sensed current through the motor.
HANDHELD FLUID SPRAYER
An example portable fluid spraying system includes a handheld fluid sprayer. The handheld fluid sprayer includes a fluid reservoir configured to store a fluid, a pump configured to pump the fluid from the fluid reservoir to an outlet of the handheld fluid sprayer and a handle. The handheld fluid sprayer includes a first trigger proximate the handle, configured to control fluid flow to the outlet. The portable fluid spraying system includes a fluid hose having a coupling mechanism configured to removably couple to the handheld fluid sprayer proximate the outlet and a fluid spray gun. The fluid spray gun includes a gun inlet configured to couple to the fluid hose and receive the fluid from the handheld fluid sprayer, a gun outlet configured to expel the fluid in a spray pattern and a second trigger configured to control fluid flow to the gun outlet.
SPRAYER WITH TENTACLE PUMP
An electrically powered, compact, ready to use sprayer that includes a main housing. When the sprayer is used in conjunction with an electric motor, self-feeding undulating tentacles, a spinning element, a spherical boot, spherical boot outlet, feed hose, and an extended wand outlet it is able to pump low and high viscosity fluid, create a liquid spray, and dispense fluid in the forward direction with very few moving parts and minimum energy.
Battery operated dispenser
A battery-operated dispenser includes a shell with a moveable slider for extending a barrel of the dispenser to allow targeted application of a fluid or product from a container to which the dispenser is attached.
Paint sprayer distributed control and output volume monitoring architectures
A sprayer for spraying fluid includes a pump, a motor that drives the pump, a drive cycle indicator, a wireless module configured to send and receive information, and control circuitry. The drive cycle indicator outputs an indication of cycle status of the pump. The control circuitry is configured to receive the plurality of cycle status indications of the pump, determine a plurality of output values representing paint spray fluid output volume over a plurality of time windows based on the plurality of cycle status indications of the pump, store the plurality of output values in memory, and cause the wireless module to transmit one or more of the stored plurality of output values externally from the sprayer.
Bird mister apparatus
A bird mister apparatus for attracting and cooling birds includes a base plate, a housing, and a reservoir within a housing inside configured to hold liquid that can be sealed and unsealed. A spout has a spout aperture extending through to the housing inside. A pump is coupled within the housing inside and is in fluid communication with the spout aperture. An inlet tube is coupled to the pump and is in fluid communication with the pump. A CPU is coupled within the housing inside and is in operational communication with the pump. A battery is in operational communication with the CPU and the pump. A power switch is in operational communication with the CPU to activate and alternatively deactivate the pump. A hanger is coupled to the housing to support the apparatus on a tree branch, a fence, or an awning.
Liquid dispensing reservoir
This invention provides for a device and methods of dispensing a precise predetermined volume of liquid of discrete drops, vapor, or mist while preventing contamination due to Pull Back and ensuring precision dispensing.
