Two stage foam pump and method of producing foam
A foam dispenser with a pump mechanism that mixes a liquid with air to generate foam. The pump mechanism includes a first stage pump and a second stage pump. The first stage pump delivers the liquid and a first volume of the air through a first foam generator to generate a first foam. The second stage pump delivers the first foam and a second volume of the air through a second foam generator to generate a second foam.
CONTAINER FOR SPRAYING LIQUID
A container for spraying liquid is disclosed. The container for spraying liquid comprises: a body, which is divided into a filling space and a body outflow channel by a partition provided therein in the longitudinal direction, has, at the lower portion of the partition, a lower body hole corresponding to an inlet of the body outflow channel, and has, at the upper portion of the partition, an upper body hole corresponding to an outlet of the body outflow channel; a body cover which is coupled to the upper portion of the body, and which has a cover channel allowing communication with the upper body hole, and a pump insertion space communicating with the cover channel and having a pump inserted therein; and a pump support, which is coupled to the upper portion of the body cover, supports the pump, and blocks external air from entering the pump insertion space.
CONTAINER FOR SPRAYING LIQUID
A container for spraying a liquid is disclosed. The container comprises: a body having a filling space and a body outlet channel formed by a partition provided on one side, where contents within the filling space flow through the lower part of the partition into the body outlet channel, and an upper body hole corresponding to an exit of the body outlet channel is formed in an upper portion of the partition; a cover channel coupled to the upper portion of the body and communicating with the upper body hole; a body cover communicating with the cover channel and having a pump insertion space for holding a pump; a pump support coupled to the upper portion of the body cover to support the pump; and a shoulder coupled to an upper portion of the pump support to press the pump support and the pump downward toward the body.
CONTENTS CONTAINER
A container includes: a container part adapted to store a material therein and having a discharge part disposed on one side thereof to discharge the material therefrom; and a sliding cap coupled to top of the container part and moving a space between a first position for blocking the discharge part from the outside and a second position for exposing the discharge part to the outside according to external forces applied in different directions, wherein the container part and the sliding cap each have at least one or more magnetic members adapted to fix the sliding cap to the first position or the second position and help the sliding cap move, if the external force greater than a given level is applied to the sliding cap, in a direction to which the external force is applied.
Dispenser System
A system for dispensing a personal care fluid, such as a hand soap or the like. The system includes a dispenser and a refill cartridge. The dispenser includes a dispenser body having a refill cavity and a dispenser lid configured to be coupled to the dispenser body. There may be a pump sub-system mounted to the dispenser lid, or alternatively the personal care fluid may be dispensed by squeezing the dispenser and refill cartridge. The refill cartridge is configured for slidable insertion into and removal from the refill cavity of the dispenser body. The personal care fluid system is designed so that a user can readily and easily change out/replace the refill cartridge for use with a common dispenser, dispenser lid, and pump sub-system.
FLUID PRODUCT DISPENSER
Disclosed is a refillable fluid product dispenser comprising: a fluid product reservoir (R) defining a neck (R2); a dispensing member (P) that is mounted on the neck (R2) and comprising an inlet (P2); and a fastening member (2, 2) for fastening the dispensing member (P) onto the neck (R2); a dip tube (D) that is connected to the inlet (P2) of the dispensing member (P) and extends into the reservoir (R); the dispenser being characterised in that the dip tube (D) is secured to the fluid product reservoir (R) by means of a support (1) that forms at least one filling window (15) communicating directly with the inside of the fluid product reservoir (R), the fastening member (2, 3) enabling withdrawal of the dispensing member (P), thus providing access to the support (1) in order to fill the fluid product reservoir (R) through said at least one filling window (15).
Down-locked pump with chaplet vent and beaded seal
A dispensing pump capable of withstanding the rigors of “e-commerce” shipping conditions is described. The pump dispenser is integrated with the container's closure. The pump includes a lock-down mechanism to prevent the pump actuator from extending during shipment, while a vented chaplet and an optional beaded seal proximate to the dip tube connection ensure that fluid cannot leak out of the container or the pump.
All-plastic emulsion pump
An all-plastic emulsion pump, includes a body, threads, pressing head, main column, suction tube, plastic spring, pull rod, stopper, lock cover, first and second one-way valve devices made of plastic material. A communication port is between the plastic spring and the main column. The pull rod is in the plastic spring. The stopper is connected to the pull rod upper end. When the plastic spring is pressed, there is a gap between the pull rod and the side wall of the communication port. When the plastic spring pops up, the stopper blocks the communication port. The first one-way valve device is between the pressing head and the main column to supply the emulsion to the pressing head. The second one-way valve device is between the plastic spring and the inlet of the body to supply the emulsion from the inlet of the body into the plastic spring.
Elastic member and pump assembly including the same
An elastic member for a pump assembly is provided. The elastic member may include an upper support; a lower support provided under the upper support; and a connection part which connects the upper support and the lower support, and in which peaks and valleys are repeatedly formed in an outward direction to be bent when the elastic member is pressurized.
DISINFECTION DEVICE AND PROTECTIVE SLEEVE COMPRISING A DISINFECTION DEVICE
A disinfection device (la) for applying a disinfectant to at least one fingertip (F) of a user comprises a housing (6; 6a, 6b) with a recess (4) accessible from the outside through an opening (3), into which recess the fingertip can be inserted, a spray unit (8) inside the housing, and a container (7) for disinfectant fluidly connected to the spray unit. The spray unit comprises a spray head (2) which projects into the recess and a valve device (9a) which is fluid-connected to the spray head and is designed in such a way that, when the spray head is actuated by means of the fingertip, it releases disinfectant from the container as an aerosol into the recess so that the aerosol can wet the fingertip.
