Sprayer with a six-hole spray pattern
The present invention is an improved nozzle for spraying viscous substances which includes the following key elements: (1) the nozzle includes a round hole at the nozzle middle-center location; and (2) the center round hole is surrounded by five circumferential modified trapezoid shaped hole openings, with each of the modified trapezoid shaped hole openings having a pair of divergent sidewalls with an arcuate top wall and a smaller acuate bottom wall and set at a distance separated from each other at seventy-two degrees in a circle around the center opening. The distance from the center of each circumferential opening to the middle center opening is also the same. The present invention will enable the spraying of heavy viscous substances and gels.
SNAP-ON DISPENSING HEAD
A connection system between a dispensing head and a bottle of a trigger dispensing device includes a skirt having a seat configured as an inlet on an inner surface, and a neck having a rib protruding from an outer surface. In a relative assembled position, the rib is angularly aligned with the seat while, outside of the relative assembled position, the rib constitutes an impediment to axial insertion of the skirt on the neck.
DISPENSER
A dispenser, which has a pump chamber formed by a body including a depression, and a lid body covering an opening of the body, where a liquid in the pump chamber is discharged front a nozzle portion by performing a discharge operation that presses the lid body toward an inside of the pump chamber to deform the lid body, and a liquid is caused to flow into the pump chamber when the discharge operation is released. A coil spring that urges the lid body to an outside of the pump chamber is included in the pump chamber, a diameter of the coil spring is larger than a radius of the lid body, and a deformation amount of the lid body is equal to or more than ⅓ of a diameter of the lid body.
Dispenser pump
A dispenser pump is constituted by a closure body (2), a diaphragm body (3) which forms a pump chamber with the closure body and optionally a top actuator (4) for pressing the diaphragm body (4). The diaphragm body has a deformable wall (35) formed integrally in the same polymer as its annular mounting portion (31). An inlet valve (5) through the floor (21) of the closure body has a flap (52) which is formed and hinged integrally with that floor (21). An outlet valve may also be formed in the same polymer, either integrally with the diaphragm body or as a separate component. The deformable wall of the diaphragm body is shaped to generate a restoring force itself without a separate spring, so that the entire pump may be made from the same polymer e.g. polypropylene and without metal components.
PUMPS WITH POSITIVE PRESSURE VENTING, REFILL UNITS AND DISPENSERS
Exemplary embodiments of pumps having positive pressure venting and refill units are disclosed herein. An exemplary pump includes a liquid pump chamber, a liquid piston, a first air pump chamber, and a first air piston and a mixing area in fluid communication with the liquid pump chamber and the first air pump chamber. The exemplary pump further includes a second air pump chamber and a second air pump piston. The second air pump chamber is configured for pumping air into a container and the first air piston and the second air piston move in unison.
ELECTRICALLY ACTUATED PUMP
Automatic electric actuation of the pumping mechanism of a liquid dispenser apparatus is provided by configuring a hollow tube to cooperate with an electromagnetically driven actuator and further configuring the hollow tube to inter-fit with a stem of a liquid dispensing pump. Actuation of the actuator may, for example, drive the pump stem downwardly to cause a pumping action. Suitable actuators include, for example, solenoids, voice coil actuators and stepping motors.
BLADDER-TYPE DISPENSING PUMP
A bladder-type dispensing pump (100) comprises a push nozzle (110) and a container cap (120), said nozzle (110) and cap (120) being interconnected. The push nozzle (110) is provided with a bladder portion (111). The bladder portion (111) is able to deform such that the volume of the internal cavity thereof may change. The bladder-type dispensing pump (100) is further provided with an elastic return mechanism. A portion of the elastic return mechanism is connected to or in contact with the bladder portion (111). When the bladder portion (111) is depressed so as to deform, the elastic return mechanism deforms with it, and when pressure acting on the bladder portion (111) is removed, the elastic return mechanism returns to its non-deformed state, causing the bladder portion (111) to reset.
Tottle with dispensing system
Tottle for containing and dispensing fluid, including a container endowed with first sealed end and second end featuring a neck, hermetic pump whose body is at least partially housed inside the neck, the pump coupled with the neck of the container by a collar, the pump coupled to a gasket, made as a single piece and including a first lip positioned in contact, in a sealed manner, with the pump body and shaped to fit onto the pump body by interference, and a second lip from which a sealing flange extends, and an intermediate portion which interconnects the first and second lips to form an annular groove facing a flange on the pump, so when the collar is fastened to the neck of the container, the sealing flange on the gasket is between the flange on the pump and a free edge of the container neck.
FOAM DISPENSING SYSTEM HAVING MULTIPLE VALVES FOR A DISPENSER, AND ASSOCIATED FOAM DISPENSER
The invention proposes a foam dispensing system for a dispenser comprising a reservoir storing cosmetic product, said system comprising a product pump and an air pump, said product pump comprising a variable volume product metering chamber (13) defined at least partly by a deformable element (2), said system comprising at least five valves referred to as a product inlet valve for the product to enter toward the product metering chamber (13), a product outlet valve for the product to exit from the product metering chamber (13), an air inlet valve for the air to enter in an air metering chamber (14) of the air pump, an air outlet valve for the air to exit from the air metering chamber (14), an air return valve for the recovery of the air of the reservoir. The deformable element (2) comprises at least four flaps which are movable between a valve open state and a valve closed state.
PUMP CONTAINER
A pump container includes: a container body in which contents are accommodated; a pump unit which is coupled to the top part of the container body and ejects the contents accommodated in the container body; a head part which is coupled to the top side of the pump unit and has a contents-moving hole that causes the contents delivered from the pump unit to move upward; a button part which is coupled to the top side of the head part, operates the pump unit according to a user's press, and has a nozzle formed on one side thereof for ejecting the contents, delivered via the contents-moving hole, to the outside; and a pressure-reducing check valve which is disposed between the pump unit and the contents-moving hole and opens or closes the contents-moving hole according to a press on the button part.
