A product and method of making thereof for the consumption of smokable substances such as tobacco or herbs. The product is comprised of smokable substances such as smokable herbs, plants, tobacco, homogenized tobacco and/or natural leaf materials and has a hollow conical shape that allows for the easy insertion of smokable substances. Additionally, the conical or frustoconical shape of the product provides for larger amounts of smokable substances in the end of the product the consumer lights, resulting in an initial slower prolonged burn and more even distribution of nicotine. Additionally, placement of a supporting insert into the interior of the product supports the conical shaped of the product when packaged along with supporting during the process of being filled.

A device for burning smoking material and inhaling the resulting smoke is disclosed. The device can include a tubular member formed from a dried leaf having an internal elongated cavity extending from an open end to a closed end. The elongated cavity can be configured to receive a smoking material. The smoking accessory can include a filter disposed within dried leaf and defining the closed end. The filter can have a recess formed in a surface of the cylindrical body along a curved face extending from the first end to the second end, the recess extending radially into the cylindrical body. The smoking accessory can include a capsule containing a flavoring agent disposed within the recess.

A rolling tray for assembling a smokeable item includes a tray portion that is configured to permit assembly of the smokeable item; and a lid that is configured to sealingly engage with the tray portion to seal the tray portion of the rolling tray.

A rolling paper includes a paper that is configured to encapsulate a smokeable ingredient to form a smokeable item. The rolling paper includes an adhesive disposed on a first portion of the paper, and that is configured to adhere the first portion of the paper to a second portion of the paper to permit the paper to encapsulate the smokeable ingredient and form the smokeable item. The rolling paper includes a removable strip disposed on the adhesive.

A lighter includes a lighter component that is configured to ignite a smokeable item. The lighter includes a housing that is connected to the lighter component and that includes a cavity. The lighter includes a component that permits access to the cavity of the housing to permit the smokeable item to be stored within the cavity of the housing.

A method of constructing a cigar includes the providing of a plurality of frusto-conically shaped tubes, each tube being of a smokable material such as a spirally wrapped layer of tobacco material. The tubes are nested, one tube inside the other tube. The nested tubes are then attached to a mouthpiece having a socket that is internally threaded. The nested tubes and mouthpiece are packaged either filled with tobacco filler material, partially filled, or unfilled in a container.

A smoking article provides one or more sheets of material that can be rolled and packaged, at least one sheet including cellulose. In one embodiment, cellulose and tobacco sheet material are separately rolled layers that can optionally be wrapped around a form casing (or pre-rolled inside) and then packaged. In another embodiment, the sheet is a laminated sheet of tobacco and cellulose layers that can be optionally wrapped around (or pre-rolled inside) a form casing. These sheets can be filled with custom tobacco to make one or more new cigars for an end user. In another embodiment, a complete cigar filled with tobacco material can be disassembled by an end user to produce tobacco and cellulose sheets, enabling the end user to form two new cigars using his or her own custom tobacco.

A product and method of making thereof for the consumption of smokable substances such as tobacco or herbs. A cigarette rolling paper and method for manufacture is disclosed which describes a cigarette rolling paper containing an inner paper that has plant oleoresins, essential oils, and or rosins applied to the inner paper through a screen printing process, which in turn is bound to an outer paper. The oleoresins are applied using both an evaporative and silk screen-printing technique. The final rolling paper contains an precise, pre-measured amount of oleoresin and is intended for flavoring and enhancing hand rolled cigarettes, and promoting a slow and even burn.

A metered smoking apparatus includes a burnable media including indicia that visually represent a plurality of smokable units of a smokable substance or an active ingredient thereof, each of the smokable units corresponding to a same predetermined quantity of the smokable substance or the active ingredient thereof, and when the smokable substance is rolled within the burnable media, the burnable media is configured such that the indicia are sequentially burned in a burn line direction that is a direction in which a burn line burns when the metered smoking apparatus is smoked, to thereby indicate consumption of the predetermined quantity on a unit-by-unit basis.
