PUMP FOR DISPENSING A FLUID
A pump for dispensing a fluid, has a pump head , a piston body with a piston, a pump chamber limited by a pump chamber body, an inlet valve and an outlet valve, the piston being moveable by respective movement of the pump head between an upper starting position and a lower end position. A return stroke force for a return stroke from the lower end position into the upper starting position is provided by a bellows, formed by two bellows arranged one above the other, Each of the bellows is folded up, when moving the pump head into the lower end position, by exerting a compression force on the pump head, the first bellows receiving the compression force by direct engagement with the pump head, the second bellows receiving the compression force only by engagement with the first bellows.
PUMPING TYPE OF COSMETIC CONTAINER EQUIPPED WITH SIDE BUTTON
A pumping type of cosmetics container equipped with a side button, wherein the container is configured such that a pumping action occurs and contents are discharged when the user pressurizes a button part and the button part elastically deforms due to own elastic force of the button part, thereby making it possible to easily discharge the contents by means of a simple structure even without the presence of a separate pumping member, and thus making it possible to not only shorten the assembly time but also to reduce manufacturing costs.
Dispensing pump with cup spring
A dispensing pump (10) for liquids, viscous materials, foams, gels, etc. includes a resilient cup spring (18) so that the entire pump can be more easily recycled. The dispensing pump (10) includes a base portion (12), an inlet valve (14), a piston valve (16), a cup spring (18), a spring guide structure (20) and a pump actuator (22). When actuated, the cup spring (18) is elastically deformed over opposing spring ribs (39), and then upon release, the cup (18) elastically returns to its normal at rest shape, returning the guide (20) and pump actuator (22) to their normal at rest positions. The cup spring (18) includes structures which interact with the piston valve (16) to open the outlet valve.
HETEROGENEOUS CONTENTS MIXING CONTAINER WITH IMPROVED PRODUCTIVITY AND SEALING ABILITY
Disclosed is a heterogeneous contents mixing container with improved productivity and sealing ability. The heterogeneous contents mixing container includes a container body for containing a second content; a first content receiving member formed in the container body to contain a first content and including an upper separation cap and a lower fixing cap; a shoulder rotatably coupled to the container body; a lift guide member fixed to the container body and formed with a spiral groove; a lift member moving up by a rotation of the shoulder and formed with a lift protrusion; a pump housing moving up with the lift member; a discharge pump moving up with the pump housing to pump the first and second contents mixed with each other; and a push button coupled to the discharge pump to be movable up or down and formed with a discharge outlet.
Dispenser
A dispenser (10) to deliver a liquid medication. The dispenser (10) includes a hollow reservoir body (11) providing an interior that receives the liquid. The body (11) has a threaded neck (13) that receives a cap (58). The cap (58) includes a pump assembly (17) and a nozzle member (29). The pump assembly (17) includes a vent one-way (48) that provides for the delivery of air to the interior of the reservoir (11).
Metering Pump
Disclosed is a metering pump comprising a housing that extends from an inlet region to an outlet and surrounds a piston which is urged into a starting position by a compression spring. In the metering pump the stop limiting the lifting stroke of the piston is formed by the lower end of the piston coming in contact with the inlet portion.
Fluid Pump
A fluid pump apparatus includes a multi-chamber pump mechanism, with an actuator having a nozzle portion defining a nozzle chamber that has a controlled opening through a discharge valve, which is calibrated to open in response to a fluid pressure in the nozzle chamber exceeding the threshold pressure.
Cosmetic container
A cosmetic container is disclosed. One aspect of the invention provides a cosmetic container that includes: a body in which an interior space is formed for holding a content; a body shoulder coupled to an upper part of the body; and a pump coupled to an upper part of the body shoulder, where the body shoulder includes an outer periphery member inserted into the body, an inner periphery member positioned on the inside of the outer periphery member, a placement step formed on an upper part of the inner periphery member, and a pump support protruding downward from the placement step and having the pump inserted through an inside thereof, and where the pump includes a housing inserted through the pump support, and a housing flange configured to rest on the placement step is formed on an outer perimeter of the housing.
Trigger Dispenser
A trigger dispenser device (1) envisages a secondary liquid aspiration duct (50) in communication with the dispenser duct, and a primary liquid aspiration duct (8) in communication with the container, off-axis with each other. Between these, a joining compartment (64) is provided communicating upstream with the primary liquid aspiration duct (8) and communicating downstream with the secondary liquid aspiration duct (50) to form the fluidic connection between them. In particular, the container (C) is of the type with built-in suction pipe.
GEL FOUNDATION CONTAINER COMPRISING PUMP
The present invention relates to a gel foundation container comprising a pump and, more specifically, to a gel foundation container comprising a pump, the container comprising: content discharge grooves radially formed on a distribution plate; second control protrusions, which are formed inside the content discharge grooves, for controlling the flow of content; a discharge plate formed at the upper end of the distribution plate; and content discharge holes radially formed at the discharge plate at the same position as the content discharge grooves of the distribution plate, wherein the content discharge holes are formed so as to gradually become larger outwardly from the center of the discharge plate, and thus gel foundation is equally discharged in the same amount onto the entire discharge plate when being pumped, thereby allowing a cosmetic material to be applied without becoming cakey when the foundation is applied to the skin by using a puff.
