DUAL-USE CIGARETTE
The present invention discloses a dual-use cigarette, comprising a suckable material segment and a filter tip segment which are wrapped by roll paper, wherein a hollowed segment surrounded by roll paper is disposed between the suckable material segment and the filter tip segment, and the roll paper of the hollowed segment is provided with a plurality of first capillary pores. The dual-use cigarette has the advantages that cold air cannot be sucked when smoking is started, and the burn of a respiratory mucosa caused by high temperature smoke can be avoided.
Cigarette and aerosol generation device for cigarette
A cigarette includes a tobacco rod, a front end plug positioned at a front end of the tobacco rod, a filter rod positioned at a rear end of the tobacco rod, and a wrapper surrounding the tobacco rod, the front end plug, and the filter rod and including at least one perforation formed in an area of the wrapper to allow air to flow to the inside of the wrapper.
AEROSOL GENERATING ARTICLE AND AEROSOL GENERATING DEVICE
One or more embodiments relate to an aerosol generating article including: a first portion including an aerosol generating element; a second portion including a cooling element; a third portion including a tobacco element; and a fourth portion including a filter element, wherein the first through fourth portions are sequentially arranged in a longitudinal direction of the aerosol generating article.
Cigarette paper with high short-fiber fraction
A wrapping paper for smoking articles has a basis weight of at least 10 g/m.sup.2 and at most 70 g/m.sup.2 and comprises a mixture of cellulosic pulp fibers comprising at least 90% of short-fiber cellulosic pulp fibers, based on the mass of the cellulosic pulp fibers in the cellulosic pulp mixture, or comprising at least 95% of short-fiber cellulosic pulp fibers, based on the number of cellulosic pulp fibers, with at least 10% of the short-fiber cellulosic pulp fibers being ground, based on the mass of the number of cellulosic pulp fibers of the cellulosic pulp fiber mixture, and with the wrapping paper having over more than 50% of its area, preferably at least 55% of its area and especially preferably at least 60% of its area, an air permeability of at least 30 cm.sup.3/(cm.sup.2,min-kPa), and where the wrapping paper comprises at least one burning salt.
A COMPONENT FOR AN ARTICLE FOR USE IN AN AEROSOL PROVISION SYSTEM
A component for an article for use in or as a non-combustible aerosol provision system includes a body of material extending in a longitudinal direction, where the body of material comprises sheet material having fibres having a length in the range 2 mm to 6 mm. The body of material can have a density in the range between about o.i and 0.25 mg/mnT-. An article for use in or as a non-combustible aerosol provision system is also provided including an aerosol generating material and a downstream portion downstream of the aerosol generating material, the downstream portion including the component. A non-combustible aerosol provision system and a method for forming a component for an article for use in a non-combustible aerosol provision system are also described.
Smoking Article With Liquid-filled Directional Capsule
A smoking article includes a rod element of smokeable material connected to a filter element by a tipping wrapper. The filter element includes a liquid-filled directional capsule having a predefined rupture region at which the directional capsule is designed to break upon application of external force to release liquid contained therein. An indicator is provided at the tipping wrapper, or else is identifiable through the tipping wrapper, for encouraging a consumer to apply a crushing force in a particular location that can improve the user experience.
Filter Element For A Smoking Article
A filter element for a smoking article has one end for connection to a rod element of smokeable material and an opposite end for insertion into a mouth of a user. The filter element includes: one or more filter segments provided on or arranged along a longitudinal axis of the filter element, at least one of the filter segments including a filter material; a wrapper which surrounds and wraps the one or more filter segments; and a liquid-filled breakable capsule arranged within one of the one or more filter segments, the capsule having a rupture point at which the capsule is designed to break or rupture upon application of external force to release liquid contained therein. The capsule is arranged in the one filter segment with the rupture point located at a first distance along the longitudinal axis from the one end of the filter element.
Conical Shaped Device Used in Heating and Inhalation of Organic Leafy Materials
A conical or frustum shaped product is provided comprising compressed leafy organic material and a filter or crutch, wherein the leafy organic material and filter or crutch are wrapped together in paper. The product has a cone shape, truncated cone shape, pyramidal shape, truncated pyramid shape, frustum shape, or any other shape that tapers to have at least one narrow end, and is designed for use with a device capable of heating the organic leafy material to be inhaled by a user and to produce an experience that closely resembles smoking in taste and feel.
ARTICLE FOR USE IN AN APPARATUS FOR HEATING SMOKABLE MATERIAL
A smoking article for use with an apparatus for heating smokable material to volatilize at least one component of the smokable material, the article includes a body of smokable material and a filter assembly. The filter assembly includes a cooling segment of between 20 mm and 30 mm in length for cooling the volatilized at least one component of the smokable material, a filter segment adjacent to the cooling segment for filtering the volatilized at least one component of the smokable material and a mouth end segment adjacent to the filter segment for being received in a mouth of a user. The cooling segment is located between the body of smokable material and the filter segment.
