Pipe cleaner and pipeline cleaning system
The present application relates to a pipe cleaner and a pipeline cleaning system, the pipe cleaner is applied to a to-be-cleaned pipeline, the pipe cleaner may comprise a body, and a cleaning portion may be arranged on the surface of the body; wherein the cleaning portion may be configured as a conductive structure, and when the body moves along the pipeline, the cleaning portion can push out dust particles in the pipeline to the tail end of the pipeline and guide out static electricity generated by friction with the pipeline.
Pig including an X-ray fluorescence sensor
A pig for use in a pipeline is provided for determining the material of the pipeline in the context of an inline inspection. The pig includes a position determination unit and at least one braking arrangement for immobilizing the pig at a certain position in the pipeline. The pig also includes an X-ray fluorescence sensor.
Pipe pigging system for cleaning and controlling speed of pig
Disclosed is a pipe pigging system for cleaning a pig and controlling a speed of the pig, the pipe pigging system including a pig configured to clean an inside of a pipe for raw material supply while moving in the pipe, a first station connected to a raw material supply side that is one end of the pipe and configured to launch the pig and receive the returned pig, a second station connected to a raw material reception side that is the other end of the pipe and configured to receive the pig launched from the first station and launch the pig toward the first station, a first compressed air supply unit and a second compressed air supply unit configured supply compressed air to the first station and the second station, respectively, to move the pig, a first pig cleaning unit and a second pig cleaning unit connected to the first station and the second station, respectively, to clean the pig contaminated after cleaning the pipe, and a control unit configured to control a pigging operation of the pig launched and returned between the first station and the second station and a pigging speed of the pig.
PIPELINE SCALE REMOVAL
A pipeline pig includes a main body with a conduit extending therethrough which defines a conical inlet converging to a throat and a conical outlet diverging from the throat such that the conduit is venturi-shaped. The pig further includes turbine blades disposed in the conical outlet about a longitudinal axis of the conduit and one or more scraper heads. When the pig is disposed within the pipe, the longitudinal axis of the conduit is parallel to and coincident with a longitudinal axis of the pipe, and, as a fluid flowing in the pipe pushes the pig through the pipe, at least a portion of the fluid flows into the conduit and through the throat and thence across the turbine blades, thereby imparting rotation on the one or more scraper heads as the scraper heads scrape the interior wall of the pipe.
