Printing apparatus
A printing apparatus is disclosed, in which a printed document is separated from a continuous strip of paper by a blade driven by a reversible motor that has a forward rotation direction, in normal operation, and a backward rotation direction, for blade unlocking in the event of jamming of the blade, in which the backward rotation first has a free initial portion without transmitting force to the blade, then a tooth carried by the motor shaft knocks against another tooth carried by a hub of a gear that transmits force to the blade, unlocking the jam thereof.
METHOD AND APPARATUS FOR PROCESSING PLASTIC LINER BAGS
A method and apparatus for opening of a plastic bag containing a food product in the form of powder or similar fine particulate material is disclosed. The bag is positioned atop a plate with a plurality of slots, with at least one slot transverse to the others. Beneath the plate, a bag opener is provided that includes a plurality of blades, with at least one blade transverse to the others. The plastic bag is penetrated with aeration spears and pressurized. The bag opener is moved relative to the plate such that the blades pass through the slots and open the bag. The plate is then allowed to pivot downwards, allowing its contents to be emptied into a hopper beneath the plate.
Incision station for packaging machine and relative incision method
An incision station for making a plurality of weaknesses respectively on a plurality of portions of a web, for producing a plurality of packages each of which including a supporting sheet corresponding to a respective portion of the portions and an opening system corresponding to the weakness made on the respective portion. The station includes a plurality of motor driven incision bodies for making incisions in the respective portion to create the weaknesses. The incision bodies are also controlled to obtain a distance needed to contact the respective portion. This invention also relates to a packaging machine which includes the incision station and a incision method for making the above-mentioned plurality of weaknesses.

LINERLESS LABEL AND CUTTING APPARATUS
A linerless label including a support, a release layer over one surface of the support, and an adhesive layer over another surface of the support, wherein when the linerless label is cut with an apparatus including a mechanism in which an upper blade of cutter blades is immobilized and a lower blade of the cutter blades is configured to move upward, in a manner that the lower blade is inserted into the linerless label from a side of the linerless label at which the adhesive layer is provided, a cutter load voltage during a cutter operation performed after the linerless label is cut five thousand times repeatedly has a difference of less than or equal to 2.0 V from the cutter load voltage during cutting of a label support, which is the linerless label before treated to have adhesiveness.
Method and device for the production of a number of coiled foil rolls
The coiled foil rolls are reinforced in their edge region by folding. The coiled foil rolls are made by supplying a foil to coiling devices; cutting the foil in a conveying direction with a knife so that at least two foil sections are created which extend in a conveying direction; folding the edge regions of the foil sections by a folding device and laying the folded sections and the remaining part of the foil section on each other; and coiling the foil sections with the coiling devices. The knife or the folding device are moved simultaneous oscillating back and forth in a direction transversal to the conveying direction during the coiling of the foil sections.
Separation apparatus and a method for separating a cap layer from a chip package by means of the separation apparatus
An embodiment of this invention provides a separation apparatus for separating a stacked article, such as a semiconductor chip package with sensing functions, comprising a substrate and a cap layer formed on the substrate. The separation apparatus comprises a vacuum nozzle head including a suction pad having a top surface and a bottom surface, a through hole penetrating the top surface and the bottom surface of the suction pad, and a hollow vacuum pipe connecting the through hole to a vacuum pump; a stage positing under the vacuum nozzle head and substantially aligning with the suction pad; a control means coupling to the vacuum nozzle head to lift upward or lower down the vacuum nozzle head; and a first cutter comprising a first cutting body and a first knife connecting to the first cutting body. The cap layer is pressed against by the bottom surface of the suction pad and sucked by the suction pad of the vacuum nozzle head after the vacuum pump begins to vacuum the air within the hollow vacuum pipe and the through hole. Then, the first cutter cuts into the interface between the substrate and the cap layer, and the cap lay is separated from the substrate by the suction force of the vacuum nozzle head and the lift force generated by the upward movement of the vacuum nozzle head.
Semiautomatic Injector Case O-rings Removal Machine
A cutting apparatus for removing gaskets from a fuel injector is disclosed. The cutting apparatus includes a blade platform and an actuator for actuating the blade platform. The cutting apparatus also includes a first blade assembly coupled to the blade platform. The first blade assembly may include a first prong and a second prong spaced apart. The cutting apparatus also includes a base platform and an axial position guide coupled to and perpendicular to the base platform. The axial position guide may have an aperture. The cutting apparatus includes an alignment feature aligned to the aperture.
CUTTING APPARATUS
A cutting apparatus including a placing table, a first and second workpiece pressing portions, and a blade portion moving up and down in thickness direction of the workpiece between the first and second workpiece pressing portions. The blade portion includes a first blade surface extending upward from a tip of the blade portion and facing the first workpiece pressing portion, and a second blade surface extending along the second workpiece pressing portion from the tip of the blade portion. The cutting apparatus includes a blow part supplying blow gas to a region around the tip of the blade portion through a gap between the first blade surface and the first workpiece pressing portion, and a suction part sucking gas in the region around the tip of the blade portion through a gap between the second blade surface and the second workpiece pressing portion.
Electrode cutting device
An apparatus for cutting an electrode of a battery includes: an all-in-one cutting cartridge module including an upper knife and a lower knife; and a cradle where the all-in-one cutting cartridge module is mounted.
