A corrugated paperboard sheet processing apparatus for processing a corrugated paperboard sheet being conveyed. The apparatus includes a threaded shaft and a support assembly supported by the threaded shaft. The apparatus further includes a processing module supported by the support assembly. The processing module includes a width-direction movement motor for rotating a rotor provided in the support assembly, a processing tool for performing a given processing on the corrugated paperboard sheet, a processing tool drive device for driving the processing tool to perform the given processing, and an up-down movement motor for moving the processing tool in the up-down direction. The processing module is formed to define itself as independent and separable from the support assembly.

A slitter comprising: an upper rotary blade; a lower rotary blade; an upper housing for holding the upper rotary blade; and a lower housing for holding the lower rotary blade, the slitter being constructed such that the both rotary blades revolve in a manner that a tip on a cutting surface side of the upper rotary blade and a tip on a cutting surface side of the lower rotary blade are rubbed together so that a sheet passing through between the both rotary blades is cut, wherein the upper rotary blade is cantilevered on the cutting surface side by a cantilevered supporting part and the lower rotary blade is cantilevered on a non-cutting surface side by a cantilevered supporting part.

A slitter apparatus comprises: a threaded shaft disposed to extend in a sheet-width direction; a rotor threadingly engaged with the threaded shaft; a frame rotatably holding the rotor and configured to be moved in the sheet-width direction by rotation of the rotor; and a processing module supported by the frame. The processing module is constructed by assembling together multiple components which comprise: a width-direction movement motor for rotating the rotor to move the processing module in the sheet-width direction; a slitter knife for slitting the corrugated paperboard sheet; a rotational drive motor for driving the slitter knife; and an up-down movement motor for moving the slitter knife in an up-down direction, wherein these components are configured to be integrally detached from the frame.

A fabric circle cutter having a cutter base, a pivot pin assembly, and a blade assembly. The cutter base has a flat, smooth bottom surface with a turned up edge. The cutter base also has a raised base section which has a pivot point slide slot. The pivot pin assembly is slidably mounted on the raised base section and slidably mated with the pivot point slide slot which provides for selective positioning of the pivot pin assembly. The blade assembly has a rotary blade with a blade axis which is aligned approximately horizontally with and approximately parallel to the center line of the pivot point slide.

An example pivoting cutter includes a printing device, comprising a frame; a printing assembly including a printhead and a platen roller; and a cutting assembly including a cutting blade and a media scraper, the cutting assembly is disposed on a mounting apparatus which is mated to the frame by a hinge and has an engaged position and a disengaged position, in the engaged position, the cutting assembly is immediately proximate to the printing assembly, such that the media scraper is configured to guide a printed media off the platen roller and to the cutting blade, and in the disengaged position, the mounting apparatus is rotated about the hinge, and a distance between the cutting assembly and the printing assembly is increased.
