HYDRO-MECHANICAL CUTTER
A food product cutting system can include a food product carrier for carrying food product circumferentially around an axis of rotation, where the food product carrier includes food cutters each having a knife and a corresponding pusher. Each knife is for receiving and engaging with food product, and each pusher is slidably coupled with a knife and movable for pushing food product out of engagement with the food cutter. The food product cutting system can also include a track oriented generally circularly with respect to the food product carrier. The track can be arranged at varying radial distances from the axis of rotation and coupled with followers. Each follower can be connected to a corresponding pusher. In operation, food product moved into the knife of a food cutter and carried around the axis of rotation is incrementally pushed out of engagement with the food cutter by the corresponding pusher.

A slicing disc assembly includes a disc body having a top surface, a bottom surface, a central hub, a circumferential edge, a first opening in the disc body between the central hub and the circumferential edge, and a second opening in the disc body between the central hub and the circumferential edge, an adjustable horizontal slicing blade associated with the first opening, the horizontal slicing blade being moveable in a direction perpendicular to the top surface of the disc body, and an adjustable vertical blade assembly associated with the second opening. A dispensing container with a cutter, in which a storage part can be used as a refill. A dispensing container 100 with a cutter 54 includes a storage part 1, a helical tube 2, a rotating lid 5, and a movable plate 3. The storage part 1 has a tubular shape with an opening at a top and is configured to contain a solid material. The helical tube 2 has a helical groove on an outer peripheral surface thereof, and is configured to be attached to a bottom surface of the storage part. The rotating lid 5 is disposed to be horizontally rotatable and includes a top plate 51 and a peripheral wall 52 that is a side surface. The top plate 51 is provided with the cutter 54 on an underside thereof and has an outlet 53. The cutter 54 is configured to cut the solid material into a thin piece, and the outlet 53 is configured to discharge the cut thin piece of the solid material. The movable plate 3 has a hole into which the helical tube is fitted, and is configured to be raised within the storage part in conjunction with rotation of the rotating lid. The top plate 51 of the rotating lid has a fitting projection 55 that extends downward to be inserted into an upper end of the helical tube 2 so as to cause the helical tube 2 to rotate together with the rotating lid.

The invention relates to a motorized food-processor apparatus (100) which comprises: a housing (101) containing a drive motor (102) for rotating a shaft (103) about an axis of rotation (115), at least one cutter (104) rotated by the motor about the axis, a cover (106) provided with a supply conduit (107) for the foodstuff, an outlet opening (110) for the cut foodstuff; a guide plate (109) for guiding the cut foodstuff to the outlet opening (110), comprising at least one guide ridge (111), an outlet tool (112) located in the path of the foodstuff towards the outlet opening, and at least one drive unit (114) for driving through the outlet tool.
The outlet tool comprises a series of blades (113) in which, for any pair of adjacent blades, the portions of these two adjacent blades do not have any intersection of their orthogonal projections on a plane that is parallel to the axis of rotation (115) and parallel to the segment formed by the intersection of one of these two blades with a plane perpendicular to the axis of rotation.
