This polyamide resin composition contains: 30-89.9 parts by mass of a polyamide resin (A) having a melting point of at least 300 C.; 0-45 parts by mass of a polyamide resin (B) having substantially no melting point; 0.1-5 parts by mass of a light-transmitting pigment (C); and 10-55 parts by mass of a fibrous filler (D) (the total amount of (A), (B), (C), and (D) is 100 parts by mass). The polyamide resin (A) contains at least a terephthalic acid-derived component unit. In a molded body of the polyamide resin composition, the corrected heat of fusion (HR) is 10-70 J/g, and the transmittance of laser light having a wavelength of 940 nm is at least 15% at a thickness of 1.6 mm.

A clamping apparatus for clamping shaped parts which may be welded along a welding contour by irradiation with a laser beam, includes a first clamping plate used as a holder for a first shaped part, a second clamping plate which is designed to apply a clamping force to the first shaped part and a second shaped part arranged thereon, an outer clamping jaw including a recess and an inner clamping jaw arranged in the recess, which together form the second clamping plate, a passage gap for a laser beam formed in sections between the outer clamping jaw and the inner clamping jaw, and one or more fastening elements which connect the outer clamping jaw with the inner clamping jaw in sections and which bridge the passage gap. The clamping apparatus includes a mirror element arranged such that a laser beam is reflected onto a section of the welding contour.

A substrate assembly and a method of bonding substrates are disclosed. The method includes steps of: providing two substrate; subjecting a connecting surface of each of the substrates to surface-modifying treatment to form surface-modified region respectively on each of the connecting surfaces; contacting the substrates in such a manner that the substrates are connected with each other through a physical interaction between the surface-modified regions; and laser irradiating and melting a portion of each of the connecting surfaces to form a respective bonding region, and solidifying the melted bonding regions of the substrates to bond the substrates together.

The third wavelength range increases from the S wavelength to the M wavelength. The first wavelength range includes the emission wavelength.
