Method for Assembling Tubular Joining Sleeve and a Conduit Lining Tube by Laser Welding
The present invention relates to a method and to a device for assembling together two tubes (1, 2) comprising a tubular junction sleeve and an internal pipe liner tube made of thermoplastic materials by laser welding two contact surfaces of revolution (1-1, 2-1) pressed one against the other at the ends of the tubular sleeve of said liner tube overlapping coaxially.
PLASTIC-WELDING DEVICE
The invention relates to a plastic-welding device for connecting a first, thin-walled plastic part to a second plastic part in a planar manner. The device includes a hand-held mounting aid and a welding head that can be held in a retainer of a hand soldering iron; wherein the welding head has a main body and at least one welding tip arranged on the main body. The mounting aid has at least one spacer, which can be placed onto the thin-walled plastic part by means of an underside of the at least one spacer and on the surface of which the main body of the welding head can be supported. The spacer is designed so that, when the main body is supported on the at least one spacer, a depth of penetration of the welding tip into the plastic parts to be connected is limited to a predetermined maximum value.
Method of forming a tube from a thermoplastic sandwich sheet
A method of forming a structural tube may include urging a substantially flat thermoplastic sandwich sheet against a mandrel and heating the thermoplastic sandwich sheet to a temperature below a glass transition temperature. The method may further include allowing the thermoplastic sandwich sheet to cool and removing the mandrel, thereby forming a tube portion.
Fastening structure
A fastening structure (10) includes: a resin member (14) that contains a resin material, and that has a through-hole (14H) for mounting having a tapered inner wall surface (14T); a member for fastening (16) that is made of metal, and that has a collar portion (16C) that is inserted within the through-hole (14H) for mounting and whose intermediate portion has a tapered outer wall surface (16T) that abuts the tapered inner wall surface (14T), and a flange portion (16F) that projects out along an obverse face of the resin member (14) at an end portion (16Z) at a large-diameter side of the collar portion (16C); and an adhesive (18) that is provided between the obverse face (14A) of the resin member and the flange portion (16F), and that adheres the resin member (14) and the member for fastening (16).
Enclosures having a seamless appearance
An enclosure for an AC to DC adapter has a continuous and apparently seamless exterior surface. The enclosure includes a housing and a cap that are joined by a pair of weld joints. One weld is formed on an interior portion of the enclosure providing strength and one weld joint is formed on the exterior surface providing a seamless appearance for the enclosure.
Medical container
The present invention provides a medical container: that is configured of an upper member and a lower member; that can be molded by injection molding; that has an excellent dimensional accuracy; and in addition to these, that is capable of effectively preventing the trouble that a molten resin for joining the upper member and the lower member enters the container. The present invention is a bottomed tubular medical container 1 made of a resin and continuously configured of a neck 12, a shoulder 14, and a body 16. The medical container 1 includes an upper member 2 and a lower member 4 each having a structure obtained by vertically dividing the medical container 1, a circular recess is formed at a circular lower end face of the upper member 2 along a shape of the lower end face, and in the lower member 4, a circular projection is formed at a circular upper end face of the lower member 4 along a shape of the upper end face, the circular projection of the lower member 4 is interference-fitted to the circular recess of the upper member 2, further, a fitting portion between the circular projection and the circular recess is sealed with a molten resin 6 from an outer circumferential side of the medical container 1, and the upper member 2 and the lower member 4 are fixed with the molten resin 6.
Leakproof Connecting device for a fluid circuit
A device for a leakproof air-conditioning fluid circuit. A body includes a conduit having a foot at its base, coupled to a communication orifice in the periphery of a tube. A welding is made between an interior part of the base of the foot and a corresponding part of a tube having an orifice. An internal semi-cylindrical a portion of the base of the foot features, around the discharging conduit, a part in the shape of a skirt, formed by two straight or curved segments which together define a semi-cylindrical cradle in the interior wall of the tube. An orifice comprising a whistle-shaped notch in the back of the tube, comprises two complementary segments.
Liquid pressure reducing unit for beverage dispensing unit
A liquid pressure-reducing unit having a first half body with a contact surface and first groove extending over the contact surface is disclosed. The unit has a flexible resilient sealing element having a floor layer lining the floor of the first groove. The unit has a second half body with a contact surface and first and second walls extending out of the contact surface and defining a second groove. The contact surfaces of the first half body and second half body join, wherein the first and second walls penetrate into the first groove so that the free end of the first and second walls forms a fluid-tight contact with the flexible resilient floor layer lining the floor of the first groove, defining a fluid-tight channel bringing in fluid communication a fluid inlet with a fluid outlet. The channel is non-rectilinear and/or having a cross-section varying over the length thereof.
METHOD FOR CONNECTING AT LEAST TWO STRUCTURAL PARTS OF AN ORTHOPEDIC COMPONENT AND ORTHOPEDIC COMPONENT HAVING AT LEAST TWO STRUCTURAL PARTS
A method for connecting at least two structural parts of an orthopedic component, wherein the structural parts are retained in an orienting device while oriented in relation to each other, an intermediate space thus being formed between the structural parts. The orienting device and the structural parts together form a cavity, which has a flow connection to at least one feed connection, via which an adhesive for adhesively bonding the structural parts is introduced into the cavity.
