SMOKING DEVICE ACCESSORY
An ember holder for a smoking device for smoking organic matter. The ember holder is comprised of a spirally wound filament that fits within a bowl of the smoking device. The ember holder cradles the organic matter and provides a spiral gas passage along its length that resists clogging from ash and other residue of the combustion process.
CHILLING WATER PIPE AND METHOD OF USE
A water pipe that cools down smoke or vapor in a water pipe or other smoking apparatus for the user. The water pipe includes a base having an extended bottom surface, a base insert and a top assembly, whereby the top assembly includes a downstem and a mouthpiece. A cooling solution is poured into the base container and the base insert is bonded or otherwise coupled to the base container such that the cooling solution remains in between the base container and base insert. The water pipe is put in a freezer or cooling source for a specified amount of time, and thereafter the base insert is filled with water. Once filled with water, the top assembly is inserted on top of the base insert. Tobacco, medicinal herbs, and/or oils are placed in a bowl or other apparatus connected to the downstem with one end submerged in water and one end exposed to ambient air. As the smoke or vapor percolates and passes through the water pipe the smoke or vapor is cooled down.
Passively Cooled Pipe
A passively cooled pipe made of a material with a high coefficient of thermal conductivity that has a lockable, invertable, combustion bowl/storage compartment. The pipe is designed for the combustion of dry organic matter. It has a series of passive radiator fins about the outer faces of its sides for the dissipation of heat there along its body, and an aggressive smoke mixing design in the bore of the shank section that aids in the removal of tar and smoke particles. The inside volume of the shank also has a series of passive radiator fins in operational contact with the sides of the shank. There is a removable locking tool housed in the passive radiator fins on one of the outer faces, used to lock the combustion bowl in either of its positions. The locking tool also disassembles the two halves of the pipe for cleaning.

Aerosol generating device with heater assembly
An aerosol generating device is provided, including a housing configured to receive an aerosol-forming substrate having an internal cavity; a heating element configured to be received within the internal cavity of the substrate, and a positioning mechanism coupled to the heating element and to the housing being configured to move the heating element between a plurality of heating positions within the cavity. There is also provided an aerosol generating device including a housing configured to receive an aerosol-forming substrate, a heating element configured to heat a portion of the substrate, and a positioning mechanism configured to move the heating element from a first position next to a first portion of the substrate, to a second position remote from the substrate, and then to a third position next to a second portion of the substrate.
PORTABLE SMOKING AND VAPORIZING DEVICE ASSEMBLY
The present invention comprises a novel smoking and vaporizing apparatus assembly generally consisting of a storage container (14), a mouthpiece (13) and smoking pipe (12) that slides into the mouthpiece in such way that there is no air can enter the space between the mouthpiece and smoking pipe. Specifically configured frictional resistances of the apparatus allow for seamless collapsing and retraction of the smoking pipe in and out of the mouthpiece, securing the apparatus inside of the storage container without touching the hot smoking pipe, and retracting the apparatus from the lid of the container without retracting the smoking pipe from the mouthpiece. Other embodiments are described and shown.

Electronic cigarette
An electronic cigarette includes an electronic cigarette body. The electronic cigarette body is provided with an atomizer assembly for atomizing a cigarette liquid; a battery assembly for supplying power to the atomizer assembly; an airflow sensing assembly for sensing a smoking action; and a control module for controlling the battery assembly to supply power to the atomizer assembly. An accommodating space is formed between the atomizer assembly and the battery assembly, and a lamp assembly electrically connected to the battery assembly is accommodated in the accommodating space. A light-transmittable portion for transmitting light emitted from the lamp assembly to the outside of the electronic cigarette body is provided on the sidewall of the electronic cigarette body at a position corresponding to the accommodating space, and a fluorescent layer is provided on the outer surface of the electronic cigarette body at an area corresponding to the light-transmittable portion.
