Provided is a resin profile joining method of joining a pair of resin profiles. The method includes: holding one resin profile and another resin profile of the pair of resin profiles with a first mold and a second mold, respectively; heating the end surfaces of the pair of resin profiles in no contact with the end surfaces of the pair of resin profiles to melt the pair of resin profiles; after the heating, moving each of the first mold and the second mold relative to the pair of resin profiles in a longitudinal direction of a corresponding resin profile of the pair of resin profiles; and crimping the end surfaces of the pair of resin profiles to each other while keeping the first mold and the second mold in contact with the surfaces of the pair of resin profiles.

The machine (1) for sealing plastic profiled elements comprises: a base frame (6); retention means (7, 8) of at least a profiled element (P) of plastic material having a first main face (2), a second main face (3), a first lateral face (4), a second lateral face (5) and respective areas to seal (Z), the retention means (7, 8) being associated with the base frame (6) and comprising a first support element (7) movable along a first direction of sliding (A) and a second support element (8) mounted on the first support element (7) and movable relative thereto along a second direction of sliding (B); a heat-sealing element with heated plate (11), having two mutually opposite surfaces on which the areas to seal (Z) to be heated are placeable in contact; sliding means (9, 10) of the retention means (7, 8) adapted to shift the profiled elements (P) between a position of reciprocal moving away and a position of mutual approach wherein the heated areas to seal (Z) are joined together; wherein the machine (1) comprises positioning means (13, 14) associated with the support elements (7, 8) and adapted to receive a portion of one of the lateral faces (4, 5); locking means (15, 28) movably associated with the retention means (7, 8) and adapted to keep the profiled elements (P) in a locking configuration wherein one of the main faces (2, 3) is kept into contact with one of the support elements (7, 8) and one of the lateral faces (4, 5) is arranged into contact with the positioning means (13, 14), and wherein the locking means (15, 28) prevent the profiled elements (P) from rotating around the longitudinal axis of the profiled elements themselves.
PROCESS FOR THE REALIZATION OF COUNTER- MOULD ELEMENTS FOR THE CONTAINMENT OF WELDING BEAD OF PLASTIC PROFILED ELEMENTS
Process for the realization of counter-mould elements for the containment of welding bead of plastic profiled elements, in which counter-mould elements (1) have a main body (2) adapted to receive in abutment a pair of profiled elements of plastic material welded together to obtain a frame for windows/doors, each profiled element comprising a welding surface weldable to the welding surface of another profiled element in a welding configuration in which the lateral faces of profiled elements are substantially adjacent to one another and define a locator surface, wherein the process comprises: a phase of acquisition of the profile of a portion of the lateral faces; a phase of definition of the profile of a contact surface (3) of the main body (2) adapted to receive in abutment the locator surface, the profile of the contact surface (3) being substantially complementary to the profile of the locator surface; a phase of three-dimensional molding obtained by means of a three-dimensional molding device (4) to obtain the main body (2) starting from the profile of the contact surface (3) obtained in the phase of definition.

PROCESS AND SYSTEM FOR THE MANUFACTURE OF WINDOWS/DOORS
The process for the manufacture of windows/doors (1), characterized by the fact that it comprises the following steps: providing at least one inner panel (2) for windows/doors; providing a plurality of plastic profiled elements (3) for windows/doors, each of the profiled elements (3) comprising at least two areas to seal (5), coupleable to the areas to seal (5) of the other profiled elements (3), and at least one longitudinal slot (6), in which a respective perimeter side (4) of the inner panel (2) is insertable; performing a step of mechanical machining by chip removal on at least one of the areas to seal (5); heating the areas to seal (5); coupling the heated areas to seal (5) to one another by pressing the profiled elements (3) one against the other to maintain the areas to seal (5) in mutual contact and define the frame for windows/doors, the coupling taking place with the inner panel (2) inserted in the longitudinal slots (6) to define a window/door (1) which is composed by the frame and by the inner panel (2) contained in the frame.
METHOD AND DEVICE FOR WELDING TWO HOLLOW PROFILED RODS MADE OF PLASTIC
A method for welding two hollow profiled rods made of plastic to form a window frame. The profiled rods to be joined together are heated to a predetermined temperature by inserting a welding plate between their connecting surfaces and pressing the same against the welding plate, forming outer and inner beads, and the profiled rods are pressed together under pressure after removing the welding plate, with a simultaneous increase in the size of the weld bead. For all cross sections of the profiled rods and the plastics used for manufacturing the window frames, to obtain a type of shadow groove on the top side and/or front side and on the bottom side and/or rear side of the finished window frame in the area of or near the connecting sites of the finished window frame, only the outer beads formed on the visible surface of the subsequent window frame in the area of or near the connecting sites of the two profiled rods are pressed slightly inward after removing the welding plate forming an oblique edge, and then are removed together with the inner beads, and then the connecting surfaces of the two profiled rods are joined together.
Finishing device
The invention relates to a finishing device for removing the weld bead generated during welding of a window or door frame or frame section at the mitered surfaces, wherein the finishing device comprises a support surface for the frame or frame section and a processing arm for supporting a tool holder, and the processing arm consists of a plurality of arm elements that move in hinged fashion relative to one another but can also be fixed in place, wherein the tool holder comprises at least two cutting tools driven by a rotational drive, said tools rotating about a tool axis and at least one tool laterally next to the blade of the tool, contact sides.
