The present invention is a multi-functional hand tool that can be used in safely and securely retrieving and transporting fish, pet, and holding an object such as a cigarette or cigar for smoking without finger contact with the cigarette or cigar. The stretchable net of the present invention offers a user with a hoop and net of which the size can be changed by squeezing a pair of handles connected with a spring coil, thus, the user can retrieve large fish and hold the fish with a small opening by releasing the spring coil. The clip of the present invention has a jaw instead of a hoop and net. The jaw can be used to securely hold the cigarette or cigar by squeezing the handles and the user can use the clip for smoking without the user's fingers contacting the cigarette or cigar.

A straight shooter lighter system including a lighter and a straight shooter pipe. The lighter includes a spark wheel, a flame opening, an actuator, and a housing. The housing includes the lighter fluid storage chamber and the storage compartment. The storage compartment is configured to house the straight shooter pipe for removeable use. The lighter fluid storage chamber stores lighter fluid. The straight shooter pipe is configured to host a smoking substance for smoking. The lighter produces a flame for combustion of the smoking substance to be smoked and for inhalation through the straight shooter pipe. The device provides a convenient lighter and smoking device combination.

A device and system for packaging, storing, and smoking an organic smoking material, and a method of using same. In one embodiment, the system includes a container that includes a housing defining a chamber, a first compartment within the chamber, the first compartment having a first depth, a second compartment within the chamber adjacent the first compartment, the second compartment having a second depth that is less than the first depth, and a lid configured to provide an airtight seal to at least the second compartment. In one embodiment, the system further includes a smoking device having a bowl portion with a sharpened free edge that can be used to simultaneously cut organic smoking material within the second compartment and load the cut organic smoking material into the bowl portion. The system may also include a loading funnel and a pushing device for inserting organic smoking material into the container.

A device and system for packaging, storing, and smoking an organic smoking material, and a method of using same. In one embodiment, the system includes a container that includes a housing defining a chamber, a first compartment within the chamber, the first compartment having a first depth, a second compartment within the chamber adjacent the first compartment, the second compartment having a second depth that is less than the first depth, and a lid configured to provide an airtight seal to at least the second compartment. A hookah adapter assembly for facilitating a cigarette to be smoked with a hookah includes a bowl that has a foraminous base and a tube extending through the foraminous base of the bowl which can be inserted into an intake of a hookah. A holder is attached to the tube and the holder is in fluid communication with the hookah when the tube is inserted into the intake of the hookah. The holder has a pair of intake ports each extending into an interior of the holder to insertably receive a cigarette thereby facilitating the cigarette to be smoked with the hookah. A pair of lids is each hingedly disposed on the holder for opening or closing the intake ports.

A holding assembly is disclosed for holding at least one smoking article while playing golf, comprising a holder configured to hold at least one smoking article, comprising a body with an elongated hole and a notch that are each configured to receive and hold a smoking article, and a stand to support the holder on the ground. The holding assembly also comprises a retainer configured to receive the holder, wherein the housing defines a chamber configured to receive the stand and an engagement structure coupled to the housing and configured to removably engage the retainer with a golf cart. In some embodiments, the body comprises a spherical shape with the first elongated hole being arranged substantially centrally to the body with a central axis being horizontally oriented. In some embodiments, the notch is arranged at a top end of the holder and extends in a horizontal direction.

A holding assembly is disclosed for holding at least one smoking article while playing golf, comprising a holder configured to hold at least one smoking article, comprising a body with an elongated hole and a notch that are each configured to receive and hold a smoking article, and a stand to support the holder on the ground. The holding assembly also comprises a retainer configured to receive the holder, wherein the housing defines a chamber configured to receive the stand and an engagement structure coupled to the housing and configured to removably engage the retainer with a golf cart. In some embodiments, the body comprises a spherical shape with the first elongated hole being arranged substantially centrally to the body with a central axis being horizontally oriented. In some embodiments, the notch is arranged at a top end of the holder and extends in a horizontal direction.
