A film for bonding have improved in deairing stability during formation of a light transmitting laminate, an edge sealing characteristic, and the like by controlling characteristics of a embossed surface.
LAMINATED GLASS HAVING AREAS WITH DIFFERENT REFRACTIVE INDICES
A laminated glass capable of producing an observable pattern when edge-illuminated contains two sheets of glass adhered by an adhesive film of at least one film B containing a polyvinyl acetal PB and at least one plasticizer WB; and at least one film A or an area thereof containing a polyvinyl acetal PA and optionally at least one plasticizer WA, wherein the refractive indices of film A and film B differ by at least 0.0002.
LAMINATED GLASS AND VEHICLE SYSTEM
The present invention is a laminated glass having an average transmittance TA of 15% or less at a wavelength of 900 to 1300 nm through thereof from one face. According to the present invention, there can be provided a laminated glass by which monitoring can be properly carried out using infrared radiation even when an infrared monitoring system is introduced in various vehicles.
LAMINATED GLASS AND VEHICLE SYSTEM
The laminated glass of the present invention is a laminated glass comprising an infrared reflective layer, wherein an average reflectance R(A) at a wavelength of 900 to 1300 nm at an incident angle of 60° on one face is 20% or less. According to the present invention, even when an infrared reflective layer is provided in the laminated glass, infrared radiation incident on one face is prevented from being reflected on the infrared reflective layer, and monitoring accuracy in the infrared monitoring system is improved.
LAMINATED GLASS AND VEHICLE SYSTEM
The laminated glass of the present invention has a T/R rate (A) of larger than 1, the T/R rate (A) being calculated from the following formula (1):
T/R rate (A)=log 10(TA/100)/log 10(RA/100) (1)
wherein an average transmittance at a wavelength of 900 to 1300 nm through one face is represented by TA, and a maximum reflectance at a wavelength of 900 to 1300 nm at an incident angle of 60° on the other face is represented by RA.
INTERLAYER FILM FOR LAMINATED GLASS, AND LAMINATED GLASS
Provided is an interlayer film for laminated glass capable of suppressing color migration. In an interlayer film for laminated glass according to the present invention, when the interlayer film is arranged between two sheets of clear glass conforming to JIS R3202:1996 to obtain a laminated glass X, and parallel light transmittance is measured for the obtained laminated glass X, the interlayer film has a colored region with a parallel light transmittance of less than 60%, and a transparent region with a parallel light transmittance of 60% or more, the interlayer film has an average thickness in the colored region smaller than an average thickness in the transparent region, and the interlayer film has an absolute value of difference between the average thickness in the colored region and the average thickness in the transparent region of 10 μm or more.
LAMINATING THIN STRENGTHENED GLASS TO CURVED MOLDED PLASTIC SURFACE FOR DECORATIVE AND DISPLAY COVER APPLICATION
A process comprises cold-forming a flat glass substrate into a non-planar shape using a die. The cold-formed glass substrate is bonded to a non-planar rigid support structure at a plurality of non-planar points using the die. Bonding methods include injection molding the non-planar rigid support structure, and direct bonding. An article is also provided, comprising a cold-formed glass substrate having opposing major surfaces and a curved shape, the opposing major surfaces comprising a surface stress that differ from one another. The cold-formed glass substrate is attached to a rigid support structure having the curved shape. The cold-formed glass substrate includes an open region not in direct contact with the non-planar rigid support structure, and the open region has a curved shape maintained by the non-planar rigid support structure.
LAMINATED GLAZING
An automotive rear window glazing for installation in a car, comprises at least two plies of glazing material and at least one ply of plastics interlayer material extending between the plies of glazing material, the ply of plastics interlayer material being substantially co-extensive with the plies of glazing material and bonding the plies of glazing material to each other, wherein the ply of plastics interlayer material contains draw lines extending in substantially one direction, the automotive rear window glazing has a top edge and a bottom edge, and wherein the automotive rear window glazing is installed with the draw lines in the plastics interlayer material extending from the top to the bottom edges.
