LAMINATED GLASS HAVING A CONNECTOR, METHOD OF MANUFACTURING THE SAME AND USE OF THE SAME
A laminated glass comprises first and second glass sheets and a ply of interlayer material disposed therebetween, a conductive strip disposed on the ply of interlayer material, a connector arranged at an edge of the second glass sheet, a ceramic ink layer on a surface of the second glass sheet not facing the ply of interlayer material and partly obscuring the conductive strip, a gap in the ceramic ink layer configured so that the conductive strip is in contact with the connector in the gap. Also, there is a method for manufacturing the laminated glass and use of the laminated glazing.
MULTI-LAYER STRUCTURE
A multi-layer structure includes a glass layer having a thickness of greater than or equal to 10 μm and less than or equal to 200 μm; and a resin layer. A number of unit lamination structures in a thickness direction of the multi-layer structure is greater than or equal to 5 and less than or equal to 20,000, the unit lamination structure being a lamination structure composed of the glass layer and the resin layer.
LAMINATED GLASS INTERLAYER FILM AND LAMINATED GLASS
Provided is an interlayer film for laminated glass, having a dark color part with uniform parallel light transmittance in a shading region, and capable of suppressing color unevenness in the shading region. An interlayer film for laminated glass according to the present invention has one end, and the other on an opposite side of the one end, the other end has a thickness larger than a thickness of the one end, and when the interlayer film is arranged between two sheets of clear glass conforming to JIS R3202:1996 to obtain a laminated glass X, and a specific measurement of parallel light transmittance is conducted for the laminated glass X obtained, the interlayer film has a gradation part in which a parallel light transmittance continuously reduces from the one end side to the other end side, and an absolute value of a variation rate in the parallel light transmittance is more than 0.3%/mm; a transparent part located closer to the one end side than the gradation part and having a parallel light transmittance of 60% or more; and a dark color part located closer to the other end side than the gradation part and including one or more points A having an absolute value of a variation rate in the parallel light transmittance of 0.3%/mm or less.
INTERLAYER FILM FOR LAMINATED GLASS, LAMINATED GLASS, AND IMAGE DISPLAY SYSTEM
An interlayer film for laminated glass of the present invention is an interlayer film for laminated glass, comprising one or two or more resin layers, and comprising a first resin layer comprising a resin and a light diffusion particle, in which any resin layer in the interlayer film for laminated glass comprises a colorant.
LAMINATED GLASS FOR VEHICLE
The present invention relates to a laminated glass for vehicle, including a first glass plate and a second glass plate joined to each other by an intermediate film, in which the first glass plate has a second main surface facing the intermediate film; the laminated glass has a first region with the second glass plate and a second region with no second glass plate in a plan view; the laminated glass has a filling portion that includes an electromagnetic wave transmission member and is disposed continuously from the second main surface on the second region toward a space between the first glass plate and the second glass plate in the first region to cross the entire boundary between the first region and the second region; and the second region is higher in transmittance of millimeter waves than the first region.
COLORED THERMOPLASTIC INTERMEDIATE LAYER WITH WEDGE-SHAPED CROSS-SECTION
A colored thermoplastic intermediate layer with a width, a height, and a wedge-shaped cross-section with a thicker first end and a thinner second end, at least comprising a first colored thermoplastic layer with a width, a height, and a wedge-shaped cross-section with a thicker first end and a thinner second end, wherein the width and the height of the colored thermoplastic intermediate layer equal the width and the height of the first colored thermoplastic layer, the first colored thermoplastic layer has a dye, the dye concentration in the first colored thermoplastic layer increases from its thicker first end to its thinner second end, the light transmittance through the first colored thermoplastic layer is constant over its entire width and its entire height, and the light transmittance through the colored thermoplastic intermediate layer is constant over its entire width and its entire height.
MULTILAYER COLORED INTERMEDIATE LAYER HAVING A WEDGE-SHAPED CROSS-SECTION
A multilayer colored thermoplastic intermediate layer, includes a first thermoplastic layer with a wedge-shaped cross-section; and a second thermoplastic layer having a substantially constant thickness, wherein the first thermoplastic layer is colorless and the second thermoplastic layer is colored with a dye.
Symmetric glazing for improved sound attenuation
A process for making a symmetrical glazing that has the same nominal weight as an asymmetrical glazing that has been determined to afford enhanced glazing strength, glazing rigidity, or stone impact resistance wherein the symmetric glazing has improved acoustic attenuation over coincidence frequencies of the asymmetric glazing design.
LAMINATED GLASS
The present invention is a windshield on which an information acquisition device that acquires information from outside of a vehicle by emitting and/or receiving light can be arranged, the windshield including: an outer glass plate; an inner glass plate; an interlayer film arranged between the outer glass plate and the inner glass plate; and a mask layer laminated on at least one of a surface on a vehicle interior side of the outer glass plate and a surface on a vehicle exterior side of the inner glass plate, in which the interlayer film includes a colored shade region, a transparent non-shade region, and a transparent sheet member that is fitted into at least one through hole formed over the shade region and the non-shade region.
METHOD FOR BUSBAR HIDING OF A LAMINATED GLAZING
A method for busbar hiding of a heated coating laminated glazing formed by a first glass sheet and a second glass sheet, each having an outer and an inner face. The method also includes performing enamel printing on an inner face of the first glass sheet and/or the second glass sheet, where the enamel forms a pattern. The enamel is fired and the pattern is covered at least in part by a coating, where the coating extends to at least an area of the enamel for applying busbars. At least two silver busbars are applied in the area on top of the extended coating. A thermal treatment is applied on the first and second glass sheets, where the first and second glass sheets are laminated and the coating is provided between the first and second glass sheets.
