CONTAINER
A container when assembled includes a body, a cover, a lower grinding component, and an upper grinding component. The body includes a primary storage area compartment, the lower grinding component includes a grinding area compartment, and the upper grinding component includes a secondary storage area compartment. The upper grinding component partially nests within the lower grinding component. The lower grinding component defines a recess comprising the grinding area compartment. The upper grinding component is inserted into and partially received within the recess of the lower grinding component to form a grinder. The lower grinding component partially nests within the body of the container and the cover fits over the upper grinding component and partially over the lower grinding component when the cover is secured to the body of the grinder, whereby the grinder is completely enclosed within the body and cover of the container.
ORGANIC SMOKING MATERIAL DISPENSER
A device and system for packaging, storing, and smoking an organic smoking material, and a method of using same. In one embodiment, the system includes a container that includes a housing defining a chamber, a first compartment within the chamber, the first compartment having a first depth, a second compartment within the chamber adjacent the first compartment, the second compartment having a second depth that is less than the first depth, and a lid configured to provide an airtight seal to at least the second compartment. In one embodiment, the system further includes a smoking device having a bowl portion with a sharpened free edge that can be used to simultaneously cut organic smoking material within the second compartment and load the cut organic smoking material into the bowl portion. The system may also include a loading funnel and a pushing device for inserting organic smoking material into the container.

Handheld scoop for scraping and dispensing plant material into a smoking medium
A scoop including a tray and a gripping portion. The tray including a bottom portion having a flat bottom surface and an inclined top surface that distally terminate in a straight beveled edge that has a width that is smaller than a smoking outer wrap. The inclined top surface proximally transitions to a transverse channel having a backstop portion and top panel portion. The transverse channel at least partially open on one lateral end. The gripping portion is attached to, and extending proximally from, the tray enabling a user to: (i) position the straight beveled edge against a surface for scraping smoking material onto the tray; (ii) upwardly tip the trap to collect the scraped smoking material into the transverse channel; and (iii) to selectively dispense the collected smoking material either through the at least partially open lateral end of the transverse channel or back over the straight beveled edge.

AUTO-LATCHING MULTI-FLEX STORAGE POUCH WITH ENHANCED MOISTURE CONTROL
The present invention is directed to novel products designed for both convenient personal storage and transport of botanical materials that offer transport convenience as well as addressing concerns over storage freshness. The storage pouches of the present invention maintain an improved freshness seal by establishing a moisture control edge when the storage pouch is sealed in a closed position. In particular, the auto-latching multi-flex storage pouches provide storage for botanical materials with enhanced moisture control, utilizing this moisture control edge.
