An ink bottle includes: a container portion that contains ink; a guiding portion that is formed in one end portion of the container portion, and includes an outflow port from which the ink in the container portion flow out; and a cover that covers at least an end portion of the container portion on the opposite side of the guiding portion.

A liquid supply apparatus includes a liquid storage tank in communication with a liquid ejecting head that ejects liquid and a cartridge configured to be detachably provided to the liquid storage tank. The liquid storage tank includes an atmosphere communication portion in communication with the atmosphere and a first connecting portion that, in a state where the cartridge is attached to the liquid storage tank, enables the cartridge to be in liquid communication with the liquid storage tank. The liquid storage tank also includes a second connecting portion that, in the state where the cartridge is attached to the liquid storage tank, is connected to the cartridge so as to be liquid-tight with the cartridge and enables the cartridge to be in gaseous communication with the atmosphere communication portion.

The tank has: a body; a projecting wall defining a tank recessed part, and a communicating tube positioned in the tank recessed part and having first and second channels which communicate the storing chamber with outside. The circular wall is inserted into the tank recessed part, and the communicating tube is inserted into the opening of the nozzle so as to allow the liquid to flow out from the internal space to the storing chamber. In a case that the liquid container is connected to the tank, the circular wall is positioned inside the projecting wall.
