TANK
A tank includes: a wall separating a liquid storage chamber, which stores a liquid to be supplied to a liquid consuming part, from an outside; an inlet penetrating the wall; and a liquid outflow part which allows the liquid to flow to the outside of the liquid storage chamber. The wall includes a view wall, which extends upward and downward and allows a user to visually check a liquid level in the liquid storage chamber, and a bottom wall, which defines an inner bottom surface of the liquid storage chamber by being connected to the view wall. The inner bottom surface of the bottom wall includes an inclined part which extends from at least a part of the view wall to incline downward in a direction away from the view wall.
LIQUID REFILLING MECHANISM
A liquid refilling mechanism includes a liquid container having an inlet and includes a liquid refilling container having a container main body and a nozzle portion to inject liquid in the container main body through the inlet and into the liquid container. The nozzle portion includes a leading end portion that projects outward from a center line of the nozzle portion and a nozzle projection portion positioned closer to the container main body than the leading end portion and that projects outward from an external wall surface of the nozzle portion. The inlet includes an insertion groove portion, a circumferential groove portion, and a fitting groove portion that extends from the circumferential groove portion and enables fitting of the liquid container and the nozzle projection portion. The circumferential groove portion extends from the insertion groove portion so that the nozzle projection portion is rotatable in a posture for liquid filling.
IMAGE PRINTING APPARATUS, CONTROL METHOD OF IMAGE PRINTING APPARATUS AND PROCESSING APPARATUS
For appropriate execution of processing depending on a condition in an image printing apparatus, the image printing apparatus includes a mounting unit on which a tank is mountable, a print head, a sub tank which receives ink from the tank and supplies the ink to the print head, and a refilling unit which refills the sub tank with ink from the tank. In a case where a tank mounted on the mounting unit is noncompliant with a predetermined condition, the control unit prevents the refilling unit from refilling the sub tank with ink from the tank. In contrast, in a case where a tank mounted on the mounting unit is compliant with the predetermined condition, the control unit causes the refilling unit to refill the sub tank with ink from the tank.
IMAGE RECORDING APPARATUS, SYSTEM, AND METHOD TO PERFORM PROPER CHARGING AFTER CARTRIDGE REPLACEMENT
An image recording apparatus includes a controller configured to make a transition of an operational mode of the controller between a first mode and a second mode. The first mode represents an operational state where a contract for a service using a first cartridge has been made. The second mode represents an operational state where the contract for the contract for the service has not been made. In the first mode, the controller stores a first tank liquid volume and a second tank liquid volume in a memory. The first tank liquid volume represents, when the first cartridge is attached to an attachment case, an amount of liquid supplied from the first cartridge and stored in a tank. The second tank liquid volume represents, when a second cartridge is attached to the attachment case, an amount of liquid supplied from the second cartridge and stored in the tank.
INK BOTTLE AND BOTTLE SET
Convenience of an ink bottle and a bottle set is improved. An ink bottle includes: a container portion that contains ink; a guiding portion that is formed in one end portion of the container portion, and includes an outflow port from which the ink in the container portion flow out; and a cover that covers at least an end portion of the container portion on the opposite side of the guiding portion.
Method of manufacturing a liquid cartridge and a liquid cartridge for recycling
A method for manufacturing a liquid cartridge for recycling includes a preparing step and a first step. The preparing step prepares the liquid cartridge for recycling. The liquid cartridge for recycling includes a liquid accommodating portion, a flowing path, a stopper, and a valve. The first step includes a first insertion step, a first valve open step, a first injection step, a first valve close step, a first removal step, and a first mounting step. The first insertion step inserts an injection member into the stopper. The first injection step injects the liquid into the liquid accommodating portion through the injection member, after the first insertion step and the first valve open step. The first removal step removes the stopper from the opening while the valve is maintained in the closed position after the first valve close step. The first mounting step mounts a new stopper.
LIQUID JETTING APPARATUS
A liquid jetting apparatus includes a casing, a tank formed with a liquid storage chamber which stores liquid, an inlet which allows the liquid to be poured into the liquid storage chamber, and a liquid outflow channel which allows the liquid to flow out from the liquid storage chamber, a conveying mechanism which conveys a recording medium along a conveying path extending in a front-rear direction, a carriage which moves in a left-right direction, and a head mounted on the carriage and having a nozzle which jets the liquid onto the recording medium conveyed by the conveying mechanism. The tank, the conveying path, and the carriage are arranged inside the casing, the tank is arranged outside the conveying path in the left-right direction, and at least a part of the tank is arranged inside both ends of a movement area of the carriage in the left-right direction.
Cap for Ink Tank, Ink Tank, and Ink-Jet Recording Apparatus
There is provided an ink tank cap configured to open and close an ink inlet port of an ink tank, the ink tank cap including a contacting portion contacting with the ink inlet port, wherein the contacting portion of the ink tank cap is formed of an ethylene-propylene-diene rubber containing silicone.
CAP AND PRINTER
A tank comprises a container body configured to contain an ink and an ink fill port configured to accept the ink to be injected into the container body. A cap is provided to close the ink fill port when the cap is attached to the tank. The cap comprises a covering portion configured to cover the ink fill port; a seal portion protruded from the covering portion to be inserted into the ink fill port and configured to close the ink fill port when the seal portion is inserted in the ink fill port; and a skirt portion protruded from the covering portion in a direction of protrusion of the seal portion from the covering portion and located away from the seal portion when the covering portion is viewed from a seal portion side. The skirt portion is protruded more than the seal portion.
