Image printing apparatus, control method of image printing apparatus and processing apparatus
For appropriate execution of processing depending on a condition in an image printing apparatus, the image printing apparatus includes a mounting unit on which a tank is mountable, a print head, a sub tank which receives ink from the tank and supplies the ink to the print head, and a refilling unit which refills the sub tank with ink from the tank. In a case where a tank mounted on the mounting unit is noncompliant with a predetermined condition, the control unit prevents the refilling unit from refilling the sub tank with ink from the tank. In contrast, in a case where a tank mounted on the mounting unit is compliant with the predetermined condition, the control unit causes the refilling unit to refill the sub tank with ink from the tank.
COMPOSITE APPARATUS
A composite apparatus includes a recording device, a reading device that is disposed on the recording device and is able to read an image, a recording portion that is disposed within the recording device and is able to perform printing by ejecting ink on a paper sheet P, and a liquid accommodating portion that is disposed on a side portion of the recording device and which accommodates the ink to be supplied to the recording portion, in which the reading device is disposed such that a part of the reading device protrudes from the recording device to above the liquid accommodating portion.
LIQUID SUPPLY APPARATUS, LIQUID EJECTION APPARATUS
Provided is a liquid supply apparatus and a liquid ejection apparatus according to which liquid injected through a liquid injection portion can be supplied stably. The liquid supply apparatus includes: a liquid containing chamber capable of containing a liquid to be supplied to a liquid ejection portion; an air chamber in communication with the atmosphere; a communication path that allows an air introduction port for introducing air into the liquid containing chamber and an air chamber to be in communication, and a liquid injection portion through which the liquid can be injected into the liquid containing chamber. The liquid containing chamber is fixed such that the air introduction port is located at a bottom portion of the liquid containing chamber. The volume of the communication path is smaller than the volume of the air chamber. The uppermost portion of the communication path is located above the uppermost portion of the liquid containing chamber.
LIQUID DISCHARGE HEAD, LIQUID DISCHARGE DEVICE, AND LIQUID DISCHARGE APPARATUS
A liquid discharge head includes a nozzle, an individual liquid chamber, a common liquid chamber, a fluid restrictor, a circulation channel, a circulation fluid restrictor, and a plurality of laminated plate members. The nozzle discharges liquid. The individual liquid chamber is communicated with the nozzle. The common liquid chamber supplies the liquid to the individual liquid chamber. The fluid restrictor is disposed between the individual liquid chamber and the common liquid chamber. The circulation channel is communicated with the individual liquid chamber. The circulation fluid restrictor is disposed between the individual liquid chamber and the circulation channel. The plurality of laminated plate members constitutes the fluid restrictor, the individual liquid chamber, and the circulation fluid restrictor. A single plate member of the plurality of laminated plate members defines a fluid resistance value of the fluid restrictor and a fluid resistance value of the circulation fluid restrictor.
CHIMNEY DEVICES
In some examples, the disclosure describes a device that includes a moveable carriage, a chimney coupled to a first side of the moveable carriage to be positioned to receive a print substance when the moveable carriage is in a particular position, and a reservoir coupled to a second side of the moveable carriage to collect the print substance received at the chimney.
LIQUID DISCHARGE APPARATUS, LIQUID CONTAINER, AND CLEANING BOTTLE
A liquid discharge apparatus includes multiple heads configured to respectively discharge different types of liquids, and multiple liquid containers configured to respectively contain the different types of liquids to be respectively supplied to the multiple heads. Each of the multiple liquid containers includes a first fitting part fittable to each of: a second fitting part of corresponding one of multiple refill bottles respectively containing the different types of liquids to be respectively supplied to the multiple liquid containers; and a third fitting part of a cleaning bottle containing a cleaning liquid to be commonly supplied to each of the multiple liquid containers.
LIQUID DISCHARGE APPARATUS, LIQUID CONTAINER, AND REFILL CONTAINER
A liquid discharge apparatus includes a head configured to discharge a liquid, and a liquid container configured to contain the liquid to be supplied to the head. The liquid container includes an inlet from which the liquid is supplied to the liquid container, a first lid configured to cover and openably close the inlet, the first lid having a first fitting part fittable to a first key detachably attached to a refill bottle containing the liquid.
RECORDING APPARATUS AND TANK
A recording apparatus includes a tank including a chamber configured to store liquid to be supplied to a recording head that ejects the liquid and a filling port from which the liquid is injected into the chamber, and an injection auxiliary member configured to assist injecting of the liquid into the chamber from the filling port, the injection auxiliary member including a first and a second flow channels each defined by a first or a second upper end portion that opens toward outside of the tank and a first or a second lower end portion that opens toward inside of the tank, wherein the second flow channel has an expansion portion arranged in a middle portion between the second upper end portion and the second lower end portion and configured to form a step to expand a cross-sectional area.
LIQUID EJECTING APPARATUS AND LIQUID FILLING METHOD AND CONTROL METHOD FOR THE SAME
A liquid ejecting apparatus includes a liquid ejecting unit that ejects a liquid supplied to an internal flow path; a pump that feeds the liquid to the liquid ejecting unit; a discharge route that communicates with the internal flow path; and a closing valve disposed in the discharge route. The closing valve has an object that is biased to close the discharge route, and the object open the discharge route, due to an external force, during feeding of the liquid by the pump.
LIQUID REFILL CONTAINER FOR REFILLING LIQUID DISCHARGE APPARATUS WITH LIQUID, AND REUSE SYSTEM USING LIQUID REFILL CONTAINER
A liquid refill container for refilling a liquid discharge apparatus with liquid includes a liquid storage portion, a pouring portion, and a cap portion. The liquid storage portion is made of a metal and contains liquid. The pouring portion is removeably connected to the liquid storage portion and has an outlet for pouring the liquid. The cap portion is removeably attached to the pouring portion and covers the outlet.
