Print liquid supply
In one embodiment a print liquid supply apparatus is provided to supply liquid to a liquid needle of a receiving station comprising a liquid container including an at least partially collapsible liquid reservoir an interface structure at a side of the container, including a liquid channel that includes a reservoir connecting portion that fluidically connects to the reservoir and a needle receiving portion to allow the liquid to flow from the reservoir to the needle; a liquid interface of the liquid channel adjacent the needle receiving portion and at a distance from the reservoir connecting portion, a front wall and/or edge adjacent the liquid interface including a push area which is disposed between the liquid interface and the container; and at least one key pen base and key pen protruding from the base in a direction parallel and opposite to the needle insertion direction; and a contact pad array next to the needle receiving liquid channel portion. In another example a sub-assembly of such apparatus is provided.
Inkjet recording apparatus
An inkjet recording apparatus configured to perform recording operation by ejecting ink at least from a first recording head, includes an ink tank configured to contain the ink to be supplied to the first recording head, a tube configured to connect the first recording head and the ink tank, and a carriage including a first mounting portion on which the first recording head is mounted, a second mounting portion on which a second recording head is detachably mounted, and a contact portion electrically connected to the second recording head, and configured to reciprocate. A protection member protecting the contact portion can be detachably mounted on the second mounting portion.
ELECTRONIC DATA STORAGE DEVICE FOR USE WITH A CARTRIDGE FOR STORING AND DISPENSING LIQUID FOR USE WITH A PRINTER
An electronic data storage device for use with a cartridge for storing and dispending liquid for use with an inkjet printer, the electronic data storage device storing printing data, wherein the printing data comprises at least one of: liquid density data, liquid conductivity data, recirculation data, and printer geometry data.
Inkjet printing apparatus
An inkjet printing apparatus includes a discharge head that discharges ink, and a housing that contains the discharge head, wherein the housing contains a first ink storage member and a second ink storage member that each store ink, and the ink is supplied from each of the first ink storage member and the second ink storage member to the discharge head, wherein the first ink storage member is an ink cartridge not having an ink refilling port for enabling ink refilling by opening a stopper member, and detachable from the inkjet printing apparatus, and wherein the second ink storage member has the ink refilling port.
LIQUID CARTRIDGE INCLUDING PLATE HAVING ATTENUATING SURFACE CONFIGURED TO ATTENUATE INCIDENT LIGHT
A liquid cartridge attachable to a case includes: a cartridge body; a liquid supply portion; an electronic board including an electrode group; a plate having an attenuating surface configured to attenuate incident light; and a positioning member having a positioning surface for positioning the liquid cartridge attached to the case. When the liquid cartridge is attached to the case, the plate is configured to be detected by an optical sensor configured to emit light traveling in the left-right direction. The attenuating surface has a detection area immovable relative to the cartridge body. The light emitted from the optical sensor is configured to be incident on the detection area when the liquid cartridge is attached to the case. The detection area is positioned further rearward and upward than the electrode group and positioned further frontward and downward than the positioning surface.
CONSUMABLES MANAGEMENT SYSTEM AND METHOD FOR MANAGING CONSUMABLES CONTAINER
A consumables management system includes a plurality of printers in each of which a consumables container is installed and each of which is configured to consume consumables contained in the consumables container, and a management unit connected via a network to the plurality of printers. The management unit manages container identification information assigned to the consumables container, device identification information assigned to each of the plurality of printers, and user identification information assigned to the user of each of the plurality of printers in association with one another.
Device, board, liquid accommodation container, and printing system
A device outputs a first low voltage to a first terminal at a first timing in a period in which a voltage input to a second terminal is a high voltage. After outputting the first low voltage, the device outputs a second high voltage to the first terminal at a second timing in a period in which the voltage input to the second terminal is a low voltage. After outputting the second high voltage, the device outputs a second low voltage to the first terminal at a third timing in a period in which the voltage input to the second terminal is a high voltage.
