In some examples, the regulator assembly includes an at least partially expandable or contractible pressure chamber. In some examples, the print liquid supply unit includes a port. In some examples, the print liquid supply unit includes sensor circuitry positioned between the regulator assembly and the port in a print liquid reservoir.
Print liquid supply units
Examples of a print liquid supply unit are described herein. In some examples, the print liquid supply unit includes a first housing component that is welded to a second housing component along a supply joint. In some examples, the print liquid supply unit also includes a conductor situated through the supply joint from an outside of the supply unit to an inside of the supply unit. In some examples, the conductor is sealed in the supply joint with a sealing material.
Liquid discharge cartridge manufacturing method
A liquid discharge cartridge manufacturing method includes a first step of individually shaping a first shaped member and a second shaped member that form a housing of a liquid discharge cartridge, and a second step of joining the first shaped member and the second shaped member to be bonded to each other with molten resin. The first step includes shaping a wall section in the first shaped member, the wall section forming a recess for accommodating the molten resin, and shaping a projection in the second shaped member, the projection extending such that the projection is located at the outer side of the wall section and adjacent to the wall section, with a predetermined gap being formed between the projection and the wall section, when the first and second shaped members are joined.
Adhesive bonding composition and electronic components prepared from the same
A polymerizable composition includes at least one monomer, a photoinitiator capable of initiating polymerization of the monomer when exposed to light, and a phosphor capable of producing light when exposed to radiation (typically X-rays). The material is particularly suitable for bonding components at ambient temperature in situations where the bond joint is not accessible to an external light source. An associated method includes: placing a polymerizable adhesive composition, including a photoinitiator and energy converting material, such as a down-converting phosphor, in contact with at least two components to be bonded to form an assembly; and, irradiating the assembly with radiation at a first wavelength, capable of conversion (down-conversion by the phosphor) to a second wavelength capable of activating the photoinitiator, to prepare items such as inkjet cartridges, wafer-to-wafer assemblies, semiconductors, integrated circuits, and the like.
REPAIR CHIP, INK CARTRIDGE, AND PRINTER
A repair chip, an ink cartridge, and a printer are provided. In the repair chip, a first surface of a substrate is provided with a first contact point and a second contact point. A repair resistor, a first tin point, and a second tin point are provided on a second surface of the substrate. Each of the first tin point and the second tin point is connected to both ends of the repair resistor. Each of the first contact point and the second contact point is electrically connected to the printer. The first contact point is connected to the first tin point, and the second contact point is connected to the second tin point; each of the first tin point and the second tin point is connected to the chip contact points of an ink cartridge chip.
Remanufacturing method of ink cartridge and remanufactured ink cartridge
Remanufactured ink cartridge and method of making the same are provided. The method includes providing an ink cartridge, including a polyhedron for containing ink and a first engagement part on the polyhedron; providing an external body including a second engagement part; forming a modified ink cartridge by at least cutting off the first engagement part from the ink cartridge; and forming a remanufactured ink cartridge by combining the external body with the modified ink cartridge. The remanufactured ink cartridge is capable of being interchangeably used with a target ink cartridge.
Impermeable unitary structure for routing fluids
The disclosed embodiments include a system for generating a unitary structure with a three-dimensional (3D) printing process. The unitary structure includes a cavity configured to contain a fluid and a passageway configured to route the fluid to or from the cavity.
Cartridge and liquid ejection system
A cartridge mountable on a liquid ejection device is provided. The liquid ejection device includes a mounting section, an air supplying portion including an air supplying passage, and a detection section configured to detect an error when a predetermined air pressure is not reached even if air is supplied from the air supplying portion. The cartridge includes a case including a communication portion and a first leakage limiting portion that limits leakage of air supplied from the air supplying portion into an atmosphere. The communication portion includes a second leakage limiting portion that limits leakage of the air supplied from the air supplying portion into the case through the communication portion.
PRINT APPARATUSES USING REUSABLE PRINT AGENT CONTAINERS
A print apparatus is disclosed. The print apparatus comprises a container-receiving unit for receiving a reusable print agent container; a print agent reservoir for storing print agent to be consumed by the print apparatus during a printing operation; a pump for transferring print agent between a reusable print agent container positioned in the container-receiving unit and the print agent reservoir; and processing circuitry. The processing circuitry is to operate the pump to transfer print agent of a first concentration from the reusable print agent container to the print agent reservoir; and, responsive to determining that a volume of print agent of the first concentration in the reusable print agent container has fallen below a threshold volume, operate the pump to transfer a volume of print agent of a second, lower concentration from the print agent reservoir to the reusable print agent container. A method and a machine-readable medium are also disclosed.
