SENSOR CIRCUITRY
Examples of a print liquid supply unit are described herein. In some examples, the print liquid supply unit includes a regulator assembly. In some examples, the regulator assembly includes an at least partially expandable or contractible pressure chamber. In some examples, the print liquid supply unit includes a port. In some examples, the print liquid supply unit includes sensor circuitry positioned between the regulator assembly and the port in a print liquid reservoir.
PRINTER, CARTRIDGE, AND MEDIUM STORING PROGRAM TO BE INSTALLED IN PRINTER
A printer includes: an installation case to which a cartridge having a first memory is installed, a printing unit which performs printing by using a print material supplied from the cartridge, a sensor which outputs a detection value according to an amount of the print material stored in the cartridge, a cartridge interface communicable with the first memory, a second memory, and a controller. The first memory stores cartridge information including: cartridge identification information and residual amount information according to the amount of the print material stored in the cartridge. The controller acquires the cartridge identification information and the residual amount information from the first memory, stores history information in the second memory, and updates the residual amount information of the history information based on information according to the amount of the print material discharged by the printing unit.
System for managing appropriateness of use of consumables for printing apparatus and method for managing appropriateness of use of consumables for printing apparatus
A bottle for ink supply is shipped with a two-dimensional code attached to the bottle, individual information being embedded in the two-dimensional code. A user reads the two-dimensional code with a portable information terminal and thereby transmits the individual information to a management server. If there is no fraud or problem, the management server transmits a passcode to the portable information terminal. When the bottle is placed in a bottle storing unit, the two-dimensional code is read by a two-dimensional code reader, and a passcode is created based on the individual information embedded in the two-dimensional code. Only when the passcode matches the passcode registered by the user, ink in the bottle becomes ready to use.
REMANUFACTURED INK CARTRIDGE AND ELECTRONIC PATCH
A remanufactured ink cartridge and an electronic patch are provided in the present disclosure. A remanufactured ink cartridge includes an ink accommodation container; an original chip disposed at an outer side of the ink accommodation container, where the original chip includes a first memory; and an electronic patch disposed between the original chip and the ink accommodation container. The electronic patch includes a second memory and first programming terminals electronically connected to the second memory; the first programming terminals are configured to program data for repairing to the second memory; the data for repairing is configured to repair or replace at least a portion of data in the first memory; and at least one of the first programming terminals is exposed outside the original chip.
SEAL PRINTER
A seal printer is provided, which performs printing by driving a nozzle to rotate through a motor in a printer shell, reduces a number of parts in the printer and a volume of the printer is similar to a volume of a traditional seal. The printer is realized to substitute for the traditional seal; meanwhile, a coaxial connection device is arranged in the printer, a structure thereof is simple and has a certain tolerance for an error of the coaxiality, so that the printer is simple to install, and is firm and durable.
TANK
A tank includes: a wall separating a liquid storage chamber, which stores a liquid to be supplied to a liquid consuming part, from an outside; an inlet penetrating the wall; and a liquid outflow part which allows the liquid to flow to the outside of the liquid storage chamber. The wall includes a view wall, which extends upward and downward and allows a user to visually check a liquid level in the liquid storage chamber, and a bottom wall, which defines an inner bottom surface of the liquid storage chamber by being connected to the view wall. The inner bottom surface of the bottom wall includes an inclined part which extends from at least a part of the view wall to incline downward in a direction away from the view wall.
Manufacturing method of liquid supply component
A manufacturing method of a liquid supply component in which a liquid supply path is formed between a first constituent component and a second constituent component that are joined with molten resin. The method includes a first step of preparing these constituent components, a second step of causing the constituent components to face each other and forming an orifice portion and a reservoir portion between a mold and a surface of either of the constituent components, and a third step of pouring the molten resin between the constituent components so that it flows into the reservoir portion through the orifice portion.
LIQUID DISCHARGE APPARATUS
A liquid discharge apparatus includes a head configured to discharge a liquid, and a discharge receptacle configured to receive the liquid discharged from the head at an installation position. The discharge receptacle includes a liquid holder configured to receive the liquid discharged from the head, and a support configured to detachably support the liquid holder. At least a part of the support is displaceable to a detachment position at which the liquid holder is detachable from the support, and the detachment position is lower than the installation position.
PRINTING CONSUMABLE, INK CARTRIDGE, AND INK CARTRIDGE REFORMING METHOD
A printing consumable, an ink cartridge, and an ink cartridge reforming method are provided in the present disclosure. A printing consumable includes a first nozzle circuit, configured to feed back a first signal in response to a detection signal transmitted by a printer; and includes a second nozzle circuit, configured to not respond to the detection signal transmitted by the printer or configured to feed back a second signal different from the first signal in response to the detection signal, where the first nozzle circuit includes a nozzle circuit that has not been reformed and the second nozzle circuit includes a nozzle circuit that has been reformed. The second nozzle circuit includes a first circuit and a second circuit which includes a first conversion circuit and/or a second conversion circuit.
Recording medium, management server, and label producing system
The disclosure discloses a non-transitory computer-readable recording medium storing a consumables management program. In the case that the program is read by a CPU of a management server, the steps are executed. The steps includes a first information acquisition step, a stock detection step, and a display control step. In the first information acquisition step, consumption information related to consumables in each of label producing apparatuses is acquired. In the stock detection step, stock position and stock quantity of the consumables corresponding to the consumption information are detected on the basis of the latest information. In the display control step, a display control signal causing a display device to display the stock position that corresponds to the consumables is outputted.
