An inkjet recording apparatus includes an ink container. The ink container stores an ink for printing on a printing object. The inkjet recording apparatus also includes a stirring mechanism. The stirring mechanism stirs the ink stored in the ink container. The stirring mechanism includes a stationary shaft and a rotating body. The rotating body rotates around the stationary shaft. The stationary shaft and rotating body are placed in a lower part of the ink container.

Gas-liquid separator and inkjet recording apparatus using the same

A gas-liquid separator includes a casing with a cylindrical chamber inside, a gas-liquid 2-phase inlet pipe which is attached to a wall of the casing and connected to the chamber, a gas outlet pipe for discharging the gas of a gas-liquid mixture flowing into the chamber, and the gas-liquid 2-phase outlet pipe for discharging the liquid as a most part of the gas-liquid mixture flowing into the chamber. A gap is formed around the gas-liquid outlet pipe in the chamber for separating the mixture into liquid and gas using the surface tension and suction force. The gas-liquid separator is installed in the inkjet recording apparatus, especially in the print head. The print head is filled with the solvent gas so as to be suctioned from the gutter to reduce the solvent consumption.

When printing on the same printing object with multiple print nozzles in the past, consideration was not given to cases in which the time relationships of the set times and times-to-be-printed become mismatched between the respective print items of the print nozzles. To solve said problem, the present invention is an inkjet printer for printing on a conveyed printing object and having multiple print nozzles, multiple auxiliary control units for controlling the printing performed by the multiple print nozzles, and a common main control unit connected to the multiple auxiliary control units via communication means. The main control unit is configured to be equipped with: an extracting function for extracting the time relationship of the set times and the time relationship of the times-to-be-printed between the items to be printed by the respective print nozzles of the multiple print nozzles; and a revising function for revising the print data so as to preserve the time relationship of the set times.

LIQUID EJECTION APPARATUS, LIQUID EJECTION METHOD, AND LIQUID EJECTION HEAD

The liquid ejection apparatus includes a circulation unit configured to circulate a liquid along a circulation passage extending from a liquid supply source to the liquid supply source through a liquid ejection head. Further, the liquid ejection apparatus includes a deaeration unit configured to perform a deaeration operation of decreasing a dissolved gas amount of the liquid, a recovery unit configured to recover ejection performance of an ejection opening, and a control unit configured to control an operation of driving the circulation unit and the deaeration unit. The control unit starts the deaeration operation and circulates the liquid having been deaerated by the deaeration operation inside a circulation path after the recovery operation and before an initial printing operation after the recovery operation.

Replenishment container and inkjet recording device comprising same

The purpose of the present invention is to provide a replenishment container and an inkjet recording device that are capable of reducing staining by ink or a solvent during ink or solvent replenishing. The replenishment container comprises a storage member having an opening formed therein and having a storage chamber that stores ink or solvent, a stopper member that seals the opening of the storage member, and a lid member that covers the stopper member. The replenishment container is characterized by: comprising a seal member that has a throughhole between the stopper member and the lid member; the lid member having a throughhole that is opened concentrically with the throughhole of the seal member; and the inner diameter of part or all of the throughhole in the seal member being smaller than the inner diameter of the throughhole in the lid member.

MIST COLLECTION APPARATUS AND LIQUID EJECTION APPARATUS

A blowout port for gas is efficiently configured without impairing mist collection performance. Two blowout ports for gas are adjacent to each other by interposing a partition. An end of the partition is provided at a position near a deep side of the two blowout ports relative to ends of the two blowout ports so as to form a step.

Rotating manifolds

The present specification describes a manifold for a fluid ejection system. The manifold includes a rotational connector on a first side surface, a plurality of pen interconnects on a bottom surface of the manifold, and a sliding surface on a top surface of the manifold. The sliding surface is to accommodate a fluidic interface. Sliding the fluidic interface along the sliding surface extends needles from the fluidic interface through the plurality of pen interconnects into a plurality of pens.
