Compact sized vaping device with a child proofing mechanism
A compact vaping device with a child proofing mechanism is provided. The vaping device includes a mouthpiece, battery, vaping liquid pod cartridge, and heating coil. During operation, a user takes a drag on the mouthpiece, the battery heats up the coil which turns the liquid into vapor which may be inhaled by the user. The child proofing mechanism provides solutions preventing the tamper and unauthorized use of the device.
VAPORIZER APPARATUSES HAVING A MOVABLE HEAD AND RELATED METHODS
Vaporizer apparatuses having a head movable between operational and non-operational positions are provided. The vaporizer apparatus comprises a body and the head. The head comprises a mouthpiece portion and is engaged with the body in the operational and non-operational positions. The apparatus further comprises a vaporizing chamber and vaporizing element operatively coupled to the vaporizing chamber and operable to vaporizing the material therein when activated. The vaporizing element is activatable when the head is in the operational position. The vaporizer apparatus may not be usable to vaporize the material when the head is in the non-operational position. Methods of providing vaporizer apparatuses having a head movable between operational and non-operational positions are also provided.

Battery assembly and electronic cigarette with same
A battery pack includes a battery main body and a cover assembly arranged on the battery main body. The battery main body has a mounting groove. A side wall of the mounting groove is provided with a clamping portion. The battery main body is electrically connected to a switch. The cover assembly includes a cover movably arranged in the mounting groove, a locking structure arranged on the cover, and an abutting member arranged, corresponding to the switch, between the mounting groove and the cover. The locking structure includes a locking member movably arranged, corresponding to the clamping portion, on the cover, and a second elastic member elastically abutting between the cover and the locking member. The locking member and the clamping portion can be disengaged by prodding the locking member, and thus the cover can be pressed so that the abutting member abuts against and closes the switch.

CARTRIDGE AND ELECTRONIC CIGARETTE
A cartridge includes a cartridge casing with a liquid storage chamber therein, a sealing member for sealing the liquid storage chamber, a shielding member provided on the cartridge casing, an atomizing chamber, a smoke outlet channel and an air inlet passage. The sealing member is located between the shielding member and the cartridge casing. The shielding member forms part of the outer contour of the cartridge and the sealing member is shielded by the shielding member. A communication opening is defined through the shielding member. The sealing member is an elastically deformable member. When filling liquid, a liquid injection needle passes through the communication opening and pierces the sealing member, and then extends into the liquid storage chamber to inject e-liquid. When the liquid injection needle is pulled out after liquid injection, the sealing member automatically restores to seal the liquid storage chamber again.
PERSONAL VAPORIZER FOR USE WITH VIAL
A personal vaporizer is configured to be used with a separately-formed vial. The vial can be sandwiched between a proximal and distal portion of the vaporizer, which in turn can be releasably attached to, and powered by, a battery assembly. Attaching the proximal and distal portions, with the vial in place, can both hold the vial in place and provide access to the vial so that vaporizing media within the vial can flow to an atomizer of the vaporizer. The vaporizer can include a child-proof locking structure for releasably engaging the proximal and distal portions.
CHILD PROOF CONTAINERS
One or more embodiments for child-proof containers are described. The child-proof containers include a lid and a base and an insert piece. In one embodiment, there are three buttons that include a lip portion that protrudes away of the insert piece of the child-proof container and are accessible from outside of the child-proof container. In other embodiments, there are four buttons that protrude outside of the base of the child-proof container and that are accessible from outside of the child-proof container. To open the lid and separate the lid from the base, the user must press on each button on each side of the container at the same time for the lid to open. Other embodiments include child-proof containers that have a weaker central spot on the base of the container that can be pressed to cause the base to flex and separate from the lid.
System and method for an improved personal vaporization device
A vape device system including a payload reservoir that is identified by a payload identifier and that is configured to hold a substance for atomization. A processor is configured to determine an operational setting based on at least one of the payload identifier and a secondary data, which may include user information, prescription information, location information, payload information, historical vape device usage information, and historical payload reservoir information. A vape device system, and method of using the same, that includes a vape device and a computing device that includes the processor. A method of controlling a vape device including determining an operational setting of the vape device based on the payload identifier and/or secondary data. The operational settings may include a duty cycle setting, a temperature setting, an operational time duration, a dosage setting, and a security setting.
VAPORIZER APPARATUS WITH CHILD RESISTANT DEVICE
A vaporizer apparatus is provided. The vaporizer apparatus includes a cartridge body and a child resistant device. The cartridge body includes an activation button and an inhalation portion. The inhalation portion is operable to allow a user to draw vapor from the cartridge body. The child resistant device includes an outer cap and an inner cap nestled within an inside chamber of the outer cap. The inner cap is coupled with the cartridge body to prevent access to the inhalation of the cartridge body. In a locked configuration, the outer cap and the inner cap are disengaged such that the outer cap is freely movable independent of the inner cap. In an unlocking configuration, the outer cap and the inner cap are engaged with one another such that movement of the outer cap detaches the child resistant device from the cartridge body.
