Power Supply Mechanism for Long-Stroke Seat
A power supply mechanism for a long-stroke seat has a wire harness accommodation box having at least one accommodation space and at least one opening; a drag chain bent and accommodated in the accommodation space, where a first end of the drag chain is relatively fixed to the wire harness accommodation box, and a second end of the drag chain passes through the opening and is slidably disposed in a slideway of a lower slide rail of the seat; a wire harness threaded in the drag chain, where a first end of the wire harness passes through a first end of a wire harness channel and the opening to be connected to a power supply, and a second end of the drag chain passes through a second end of the wire harness channel to be connected to an upper slide rail of the seat.
Longitudinal adjuster and vehicle seat
A longitudinal adjuster for a vehicle seat may have at least one seat rail pair, which is formed from a lower seat rail and an upper seat rail, which is guided for sliding in the longitudinal direction relative to the lower seat rail. The two seat rails of the seat rail pair may engage around one another. The lower seat rail or the upper seat rail may have at least one opening. The at least one opening may have an opening cross-section, the two upper corner regions of which each have a curvature portion may have a radius which continuously changes of the course of the curvature portion. A vehicle seat with the adjuster is described.
Light emitting device
A light emitting device includes a light emitter, a holding portion that slidably holds the light emitter inside a slide rail for a vehicle, and a light transmissive cover that covers the light emitter. According to a configuration, the cover of the light emitting device prevents a decrease in a communication performance of a signal transmission and reception device in which information on an electronic device is transmitted using an LED, as compared with a related art in which the communication performance decreases due to influence of scattering or shielding a light of the LED, the influence being caused by a grease which is heavily applied inside a slide rail of a vehicle and adheres to the LED.
Safety device
A safety device for a lock mechanism may have a housing that encapsulates the lock mechanism. The housing may have at least one opening, through which at least one adjustment element coupled to the lock mechanism is guidable. The at least one opening may have a sealing element. A seat track for a seat is also disclosed. The seat track may have a first track assembly with at least one track member, a second track assembly with at least one further track member, and a lock mechanism configured to lock an adjustment of the seat.
Rail covering for a sliding seat rail between two passenger seats in a cabin of a vehicle
A rail covering for a sliding seat rail between two passenger seats in a cabin of a vehicle has a first and a second elongate covering element. The first and second covering elements are formed complementary with respect to each other, allowing the first covering element to telescopically engage with a lower side of the second covering element. The first covering element has, at least in regions on a lower side, a first guide which displaceably holds the first covering element on the sliding seat rail along the main direction of extent thereof. The second covering element has an open end arranged on the end side and, at an end arranged oppositely on the end side on a lower side, has a second guide which displaceably holds the second covering element on the sliding seat rail along the main direction of extent thereof.
Adjusting Device of Front and Rear Positions of Seat
In an arrangement which includes a seat support body slidably supported on a fixed rail fixed to a floor; a power supply device supplying power to an electrical component on a seat side; and a drive device driving the seat support body in a front-and-rear direction and having a motor and a transmission member disposed so as to pass longitudinally through an interior of the fixed rail, the power supply device includes: a housing housing an electric wire for power supply; and a slider linked to the seat support body and slidable within the fixed rail. The electric wire is drawn out from the housing, retained by the slider and slidable within the fixed rail. The slider has an interference-avoiding portion for avoiding interference with the transmission member disposed so as to pass longitudinally through the interior of the fixed rail. Accordingly, the transmission member of the drive device and the slider for retaining the electric wire, which slides within the fixed rail, can be arranged in proximity to each other within the fixed rail while avoiding interference therebetween, thus enabling simplification and a reduction in the size of a rail structure.
Seat track assembly for use in an air vehicle
A seat track assembly for use in a vehicle. The seat track assembly includes a floor joist including a main body extending in a longitudinal direction, a seat track channel defined in the main body, and at least one support flange extending in a lateral direction from the main body. A raceway is on the at least one support flange, wherein the raceway extends longitudinally along the floor joist, and has an interior sized to receive wiring therein. The seat track assembly also includes a track cover including a top plate. The raceway is positioned between the at least one support flange and the top plate, and the top plate extends past the raceway in the lateral direction.
Seat rail for vehicle
A seat rail for a vehicle includes: a rail gap cover combined with a moving rail, and a slit cover combined with the rail gap cover to close the gap between a fixed rail and the moving rail regardless of movement of the moving rail, whereby it is possible to prevent foreign substances from entering into the fixed rail.
RAIL CLOSING STRUCTURE
A rail closing structure for preventing gaps on the floor rails to which the rail seat systems are connected in the travel buses from closing due to debris includes: a long part that folds upwards and lies at a certain angle towards the foot part of the movable seat during the forward and backward movement of the movable seat, is connected to the adjustable rail fixing part by a pin to close the floor rails of the vehicle; a movable short part that folds upwards and lies at a certain angle towards the foot part of the movable seat during the forward and backward movement of the movable seat, is connected to the long part and the rail fixing piece, which is connected to the movable seat, that closes the floor rails of the vehicle, by a pin; and a fixed long rail connected to the rail of the vehicle.
Adjusting device of front and rear positions of seat
In an arrangement which includes: a seat support body slidably supported on a fixed rail fixed to a floor; a power supply device supplying power to an electrical component on a seat side; and a drive device driving the seat support body in a front-and-rear direction and having a motor and a transmission member disposed so as to pass longitudinally through an interior of the fixed rail, the power supply device includes: a housing an electric wire for power supply; and a slider linked to the seat support body and slidable within the fixed rail.
