Power supply unit and vehicle seat
A power supply unit including a slide rail that has an opening at an upper side a slider that slides along the slide rail, a first connector that is fixed to one end portion of the slide rail, a second connector that is fixed to the slider, and a flexible cable that is housed inside the slide rail, that has one end connected to the first connector, and that has another end folded back and connected to the second connector.
Vehicle seat
A vehicle seat capable of housing a seat main body includes a seat pivot shaft to which the seat main body is connected to be pivotable, and a detachable leg whose upper end is mounted to the seat main body and whose lower end is detachably held onto a leg holding member on a vehicle body floor. When the seat main body moves from a housed state side to a usage state side, a leg guide portion causes a cushion abutting portion to abut a base abutting portion in advance, thereby guiding the detachable leg moving together with the seat main body to pass above a leg movement inhibiting portion which is a portion of a support base.
Sliding device
A sliding device in one aspect of the present disclosure includes a fixed rail, a movable rail, and a rail cover. The movable rail is slidable with respect to the fixed rail. The rail cover covers an outer periphery of a first end in the longitudinal direction of the fixed rail, and is slidable in the longitudinal direction. The rail cover is displaced by sliding with the movable rail when the first end in the longitudinal direction of the movable rail is displaced to protrude from the first end of the fixed rail.
Foreign matter blocking device of vehicle seat rail and assembling method thereof
The present invention relates to a device of a vehicle sear rail for blocking foreign matter and a method for assembling the same. A side part inserted into a guide groove is formed at both ends of a front end member of a moving blade, and a discharge hole is formed in a housing of the moving blade module. The foreign matter flowing into the guide groove can be pushed out through the discharge hole, and thus, the deterioration in operating performance and in operating sensitivity due to the foreign matter entering the seat rail can be prevented.
Adjusting device of front and rear positions of seat
In an arrangement which includes a seat support body slidably supported on a fixed rail fixed to a floor; a power supply device supplying power to an electrical component on a seat side; and a drive device driving the seat support body in a front-and-rear direction and having a motor and a transmission member disposed so as to pass longitudinally through an interior of the fixed rail, the power supply device includes: a housing housing an electric wire for power supply; and a slider linked to the seat support body and slidable within the fixed rail. The electric wire is drawn out from the housing, retained by the slider and slidable within the fixed rail. The slider has an interference-avoiding portion for avoiding interference with the transmission member disposed so as to pass longitudinally through the interior of the fixed rail. Accordingly, the transmission member of the drive device and the slider for retaining the electric wire, which slides within the fixed rail, can be arranged in proximity to each other within the fixed rail while avoiding interference therebetween, thus enabling simplification and a reduction in the size of a rail structure.
Power supply mechanism for long-stroke seat
A power supply mechanism for a long-stroke seat has a wire harness accommodation box having at least one accommodation space and at least one opening; a drag chain bent and accommodated in the accommodation space, where a first end of the drag chain is relatively fixed to the wire harness accommodation box, and a second end of the drag chain passes through the opening and is slidably disposed in a slideway of a lower slide rail of the seat; a wire harness threaded in the drag chain, where a first end of the wire harness passes through a first end of a wire harness channel and the opening to be connected to a power supply, and a second end of the drag chain passes through a second end of the wire harness channel to be connected to an upper slide rail of the seat.
RAIL COVERING FOR A SLIDING SEAT RAIL BETWEEN TWO PASSENGER SEATS IN A CABIN OF A VEHICLE
A rail covering for a sliding seat rail between two passenger seats in a cabin of a vehicle has a first and a second elongate covering element. The first and second covering elements are formed complementary with respect to each other, allowing the first covering element to telescopically engage with a lower side of the second covering element. The first covering element has, at least in regions on a lower side, a first guide which displaceably holds the first covering element on the sliding seat rail along the main direction of extent thereof. The second covering element has an open end arranged on the end side and, at an end arranged oppositely on the end side on a lower side, has a second guide which displaceably holds the second covering element on the sliding seat rail along the main direction of extent thereof.
RAIL SYSTEM FOR A CABIN OF A VEHICLE
A rail system for a cabin of the vehicle comprises a rail with a main extension direction, a fixing element which can be fixed at various positions of the rail to hold a mounting element on the rail, and a cover device for covering the rail. The cover device has several planar cover elements arranged in continuous series extending along the rail, wherein the cover elements are each mounted so as to be pivotable between a closed state in which the respective cover element lies on the rail and an open state in which the respective cover element is removed from the rail. The fixing element has an engagement element which is configured, on displacement of the fixing element along the rail, to reach below a cover element and move the cover element from the closed state to the open state.
Cover for a rail pair of a longitudinally adjustable vehicle seat and rail pair
A cover (11), for a rail pair (3) of a longitudinally adjustable vehicle seat (1), includes at least one bottom rail (5) affixed to the vehicle and one top rail (7) which top rail (7) is longitudinally movable relative to the bottom rail (5). The cover (11) has a cover element (11.1) arranged and placed on at least one end (7.1, 7.2) of the rail pair (3) and an integrated stiffening element (11.2), designed to stiffen at least one of the two rails (5, 7), which protrudes into an interior chamber of the rail pair (3).
Seat sliding device
A movable rail is slidable relative to a fixed rail and supports a seat. A projection protrudes towards the seat from an upper surface of the movable rail that faces the seat and fixes the seat to the movable rail. A rail cover is elastic, and configured to cover the upper surface of the movable rail. The rail cover extends in a direction parallel to a longitudinal axis of the fixed rail and comprises a slit that allows the projection to pass through. A spacer plate having a strip shape is attached to the upper surface of the movable rail and extends in a direction parallel to a longitudinal axis of the movable rail, and is configured to comprise a through-hole for the projection to pass through.
